John Fuda claims against Louie Ruelas has officially been debunked from the Sun Media. Not only has Fuda’s son’s birth mom Brittany Malsch come forward denying that she was contacted by Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and her husband Louie Ruelas but now the Sun Media is setting the record straight.

On part three of the RHONJ reunion, Rachel Fuda’s husband accuses Louie Ruelas of investigating him saying that Louie brought his kids mom into the mix, accusing Louie of getting media Brittany’s contact information.

Brittany denied these accusations calling them absurd and said that if she had talked to Louie Ruelas like John claimed, she would’ve given him an earful if he wanted some dirt.

In an email exchange between Brittany Malsch and editor Diana Cooper, obtained by Instagram account @AllRHONJFacts – the senior executive reporter explains just how she got her info.

Brittany sent an email to the editor asking how she found her name and got her information in which the editor replied,

“Sorry I was on a long flight today! Media has access to a portal we look up people and you were found as relative/acquaintance of John and then court docs confirmed. It wasn’t Luis! Lol”

Brittany recently revealed when she watched the reunion herself – she thought it was a joke explaining, 

“I was watching them argue about the whole thing on the reunion, and I had to ask myself, ‘Is this real life? I think it’s a joke. It can’t be for real.”

Can someone on this site please acknowledge that Louie was the one throwing out comments about having people investigated and having a file on everyone! So if Fuda says it then it’s true just because you want Louie to look bad?yet when actual woman interviewed says it’s not true ohh she’s a felon????then when the actual reporter that actually works at a reputable news outlet with a professional reputation to protect says it in a private email exchange it’s not true??????wow?????

Well, objectively, Luis said he didn’t contact Brittany, Brittany said Luis didn’t contact her, and the reporter that did contact Brittany explained how she located her, and said that Luis wasn’t involved. ?

Of course Loue said that. The Gorga's are the ones that backpedal like Melissa fake crying at the end of the reunion saying how much she loves Teresa. Stevie Wonder could see she was lying!! Anyhoo, you explain how John Fuda had all his proof/information in that thick packet but NEVER pulled anything out. That would have solved Louie actually did it!! Louie said that he bought up the investigations because it was in a moment of anger (rightfully so) and the situation with the Gorga's were off the charts. Melissa following and calling Tre a "LOSER" , Joe's uncontrollable behavior and Marge with her satanic energy; all kinds of BS at Dolo's party. Fuda can still make it right but he's very QUIET about that but fascinated that he's trending all over social media. Fuda has a rap sheet too in case you missed that. You saw the show so you should understand exactly what I'm saying. Also, why wait until you're on national TV to adopt his son and bad mouth his mother? That could have been done in a more private manner and not on the show. Poor kid, that's still his mom, no respect for John's son.

Hi. Couple points for your time..- John said on the Reunion he had a record of his ex wife calls from the Prison, that was how he knew about Luis. See, that is not possible. No prison or Half-way house will provide an ex-Husband from 15 years ago, Brittany, her private visitor records or phone records. Just because she is a prisoner, she still has rights like any other citizen. That was not true, that was why John could not provide that proof receipt, it does not exist.(. I have worked in PR and Media for many years, VP )John also made a second incorrect statement - no media can contact prisoners. This is 100% false. Unless it is Death Row or a gag order, press are allowed to contact prisoners thru the proper channels established thru the court system, the media department every single day and contact them and make a request for an interview. The prisoner then has the right to do the interview, or turn it down (and often their lawyer is present, and a representative from the court media department because these interviews credibility must be verified because as you see with this one the interviews are rerun with credit in many other Blogs, newspapers, etc.) . So John Fuda, maybe he just did not know how media works, giving him the benefit of the doubt, about how Brittany and the Sun Newspaper interview originated, because this is what media does and follows up on stories like this daily.
