John Fuda’s son’s birth mom Brittany Malsch is coming forward denying that she was contacted by Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and her husband Louie Ruelas.

On part three of the RHONJ reunion, Rachel Fuda’s husband accuses Louie Ruelas of investigating him saying that Louie brought his kids mom into the mix, accusing Louie of getting media Brittany’s contact information.

Now John Fuda’s birth mom, Brittany Malsch, is setting the record straight to the US Sun Media saying it’s all absurd “This whole Luis contacting me accusation is completely absurd! It just goes to show how delusional these people are. I was never, ever contacted by Luis or his people.”

Brittany says she is astonished by the entire situation calling it petty, explaining, “This is typical of John. He used to do things like this all the time and it was so embarrassing! If I had spoken to Luis, I would’ve given him an earful if he wanted some dirt. Clearly, that wasn’t how this went down.”

Brittany reveals she watched the reunion and thought it was a joke explaining, “I was watching them argue about the whole thing on the reunion, and I had to ask myself, ‘Is this real life? I think it’s a joke. It can’t be for real.”

Brittany is eligible for release in September and plans to hire a lawyer to fight for custody.

With John Fuda being so vocal at the reunion, we received a blind that may explains why John Fuda changed his last name and the dirt his ex-Brittany is referring to.

After sharing the blind – AllAboutTRH readers found that John Fuda allegedly was charged with a felony that may have been expunged while a twitter user shared that people in town are aware of this saying, “He and his ex were hardcore druggies. They stole from family and he was turning her out. Thank God his family stepped in and saved him. Too bad they didn’t help his ex who ended up in prison.”

John, who wanted his moment at the reunion even more that Rachel, but now people can read for themselves was all based on lies. Fuda is still pushing the same lie about Luis somehow tracking down his ex. because he loves the popularity that scene during the reunion brought him. How sad. Truth is- - 1. John lied about being able to track what calls his ex wife gets in the Half Way house and said he had proof and a record of Luis calls. The prison system never in a million years would give an Ex Husband, Brittany’s Half way house Phone records! How Andy Cohen did not follow up on this basic point is laughable. 2. Second point, John screamed a false statement no one, the media, can not contact prisoners, so it was Luis influence tracking Brittany down. Again, the biggest lie in this whole thing, as the media does prisoners and Halfway house media interviews Every Single Day. The Sun Newspaper knew about the story AFTER it aired on the show and followed up. John and Rachel, you should have verified your information before you lied on national television about how the media works. As Brittany verified she never spoke with Luis, but twice with the Sun News Newspapers. John and Rachel got their moment at the reunion based on lies, they are continuing to feed the Big lie on social media and favorable Blogs that love them and with fans where facts and truth don’t work. Brittany and the Sun News Reporters own first hand account “is not to be believed somehow” or how the media works is just you know hog wash, but it is all really Luis in a Superman cape who got Brittany in the newspaper somehow and the prison system gives all of Brittany private phone call records to Fuda so he can check up on her, and pigs fly…. the happy part of this should have been kept on the adoption, period. The adoption was a wonderful thing. A fake narrative never should have been created when there wasn’t one.

Rachel and John should have come out at the reunion and made the whole thing a celebration about the adoption. Being the spokespeople for adoption. But then it flipped what are you alleging Luis did, fighting with Luis, the secret envelope that was never revealed…No media, sm ends up talking about Adoption, just your fight with Luis. Fuda’s, you let Gorga’s use you to target Luis that had nothing to do with you.
