Erika Jayne‘s new man is finally revealed! The Bravoleb was recently spotted out and about with her rumored new sugar daddy/boyfriend!

There’s a lot of gossip and speculation going around about who Erika’s mystery man is; however, it seems most have gotten his identity wrong.

Some claim that Erika’s new sugar daddy is Michael Gaughan, 80, who owns the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa in Las Vegas as well as the NASCAR team  South Point Racing. Others believe Erika’s new beau is the very married Gary Winnic. Yet both those assumptions are very wrong.

Erika Jayne’s new man is actually 71-year-old attorney James Lewis Wilkes III, aka Jim Wilkes. Oddly enough, it seems that Wilkes is a former friend of Erika’s estranged husband, Tom Girardi. Interesting.

Wilkes posted a photo of him and Tom on his Instagram in 2016 as they had a business lunch together.

The attorney wrote:

“At lunch with Tom Girardi discussing SoCal gas fiasco. This was no accident. No moral defense. Thousands of lives damaged.”

It’s not surprising that the 51-year-old has a type – rich and older, but it is odd that she’s possibly dating someone who was a good friend and business associate of her estranged husband.

It turns out that Wilkes has his own issues with the law, much like Tom. Wilkes, who is a Tampa Bay area lawyer, was arrested during a domestic dispute in April at his $11 million South Tampa mansion.

Oddly enough, Wilkes gained his fortune and notoriety for suing nursing homes for claims of abuse and neglect. He has been featured in PEOPLE and on programs like Dateline for his work.

Wilkes was arrested and is facing criminal charges of “aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a felony, and misdemeanor battery,” according to the Tampa Bay Times.

The 71-year-old called 911, claiming that an unnamed woman hit him in the face during an argument. During the call, the 911 operator could hear the woman in the background screaming that Wilkes pulled a gun on her and fired two shots into the wall.

The unnamed woman, whose identity is protected due to Marsy’s Law, was not arrested, but police “filed a charge of battery on a person older than 65 against her,” which is currently under review by State Attorney’s Office. The charge is a third-degree felony.

Wilkes’ attorney, Ronald Kurpiers II, said his client was not guilty of the charges he currently faces.

“He was attacked, and he was defending himself,” Kurpiers said. “That’s the extent of it.”

Naturally, some Bravo fans have alleged that this unidentified woman is RHOBH star, Erika Jayne. It is important to point out that there is no proof to back up these claims. At this point in time, there are allegations and mere hearsay.

Speaking of Erika Jayne, she just wrapped filming for season 13 of RHOBH. She is also preparing for her upcoming Las Vegas residency.

Erika’s residency in Las Vegas will run from August 25 to December 16 at the House of Blues in the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

“It’s amazing, and I’m so excited, and you must come,” the Pretty Mess singer told ET of her Las Vegas residency. “It’s a dream come true, actually. It’s a dream of mine to have a Vegas residency, and it’s happening,” 

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to return for season 13 in late 2023.

Hi! I am Erika and I owe over $4 million in taxes to the State of Cal, from 2019-20, and other years, , but I refuse to pay back a dime, “ I don’t have it I tell the court,” ha ha I hide behind NBC, Bravo, Andy Cohen and now the Vegas “Residency”. The $4 million in taxes is from the victims of the civil client cases in the state of California, like the burn victim case, the wildfire cases, cancer patients, car crash cases etc. Thomas has been disbarred and indicted and now the judge says he is competent for trial. I am the winner. Yeah!

To Clarify- Erika - in no way are 11 shows a Residency! It is an Engagement, a Booking or a Gig! Get over Yourself! For it to be a Residency, that would mean no other acts but Erika’s would perform exclusively in that Casino theater August- December. That means it would go weeks with no show. Not very likely! Deceptive marketing once again. - Celine Dion Had a Residency in Vegas for like 4 years like 300 shows - Brittany Spears had a Residency 2 years 150+ plus shows - Gwen Stephany had a Residency at Planet Hollywood for 18 months 90 shows - Christina Aguilara had over a hundred shows and counting Hundreds of acts in Vegas do short runs, 10-30 shows, again these are called - engagements, runs, gigs, bookings, but not a Residency at 2 shows a months! Erika can’t stop stretching the truth.

Good article. So is the lawyer friend of Tom's (and hers) that has been doling out their stashed money to her all along? Must be. There were several reports someone like that was paying for the rent on the house she moved to and so on. Yet the rumor about the casino owner being her "sugar daddy" seems very plausible since she got a gig. It seems that she has various "boyfriends" depending on what they can do for her. They don't care since they are older and have money. There must be a younger one, too, that doesn't have money!

Same old, same old. She is so predictable. As for her so-called Las Vegas residency, if I recall correctly, she is only doing one or two shows a week and in one of the smaller rooms. Not sure I would call that a residency. More a temporary gig.

Well a puss always lands on its feet, it was only a matter of time. She lost the dead weight and is back to doing what she knows well.... looking for her next lonely, old man to curl around her finger. I was wondering how she could afford to put on a Vegas residency, (as there is a substantial upfront cost before the ticket sales come in). And how many folks are going to see that show? Is the residency a front to launder money? We will soon find out. They seem a match, one con artist for a scamner.
