RHONJ’s Melissa Gorga has been teasing viewers on the Real Housewives of New Jersey that she couldn’t wait for everyone to see the final result of her newly finished home that she designed. On a recent episode of RHONJ, Melissa even proudly told Joe Gorga how she can’t wait for him to see the amazing black fabric chandeliers she picked for the foyer.

After sharing her new home to her instagram followers and media outlets, many weren’t impressed with her interior design choices.

The endless negative reviews seem to have gotten to the Gorgas because Kim D released photos of Melissa Gorga remodeling her home yet again after announcing weeks ago she was finished.

Behind the Velvet Rope shared on Instagram that Kim D’s friend drove by the Franklin Lakes home and revealed that the Gorga’s are remodeling yet again.

Kim D told Behind the Velvet Rope, “you don’t build a brand new house and then all of a sudden rip the front down?” Kim D adds that the house is not an attractive house and that the roof was already leaking.

I love how she was so impressed with her black fabric chandeliers and excited for everyone to tell her how great they were until the internet labeled them hideous! Then she had to rip them down and go to plan B. Now the same thing for the facade of the house itself, but she tries to spin it as totally her vision. She is one fake wanna-be.

This is how it goes with the HW’s. Even the supposedly super strong, confident, independent Marge had to get plastic surgery after having her looks unfavorably compared to Danielle Staub’s on one episode. It really is keeping up with appearances, no matter the truth. What will Melissa and Joe do in that house once the kids leave for college or for their own lives?

If this is not a high end flip, right under $1 million, then it is fine for the money. But if they are trying to flip this for anything over a million, I would say buyers beware. The location is not good at the back of the stop sign, not on a cul de sac, or on a lake like a high end property which affords a premium price. The outside design and layout is not upscale as those multiple triangles at the top and too small door entrance for the size of the property is why the property looks more like an apartment or business building than a single owner home. The outdoor landscaping is too small for the size of the house and basic. The inside floor upgrades are not enough with the long layout and the staircase is in an inconvenient spot. Finally, you can tell the difference in top quality/high-end materials, cabinets, flooring, appliances, tiles, lighting etc. and base or middle-of-the road quality and this is low to mid range quality materials with maybe one or two nicer materials to throw off buyers, but do not be fooled these materials will not be long lasting. Square footage could be the one main bonus of the house for the price but if it is not in helpful areas of the house or designed right, it is not worth much. Buyers better do their homework, thorough inspections etc. with this house before purchasing.

???Joe isn't known for his stellar construction skills, just as Messy isn't known for her taste. So the two of them collaborating was bound to end in an atrocious, decrepit monstrosity. They should hire professionals for the re-do. Oh wait....they can't afford to because they are overextended and broke. Somehow, they will find a way to blame their cheaply made roof leaking on Teresa. Another great article AATRH. Well done!

I teach design at the university level and there are so many issues with the layout of the house. If a student turned in a floor plan like their house (from what I’ve seen) there would be a lot of negative feedback and a low grade.

Doubt it was "interior designers" that called it a mess and doubt she is changing the front! The article comes across like a tabloid! It is commercial or institutional looking on the outside, no doubt. The inside is a matter of taste, not right or wrong.

Ah yes, the wife who designs all her husbands homes by purchasing everything on Amazon. Including sinks that break apart...LOL! This is why she will never allow filming the sale of her homes again. And the only rooms in the home that will be furnished are those that are filmed in.
