Tick Tok. Melissa Gorga is worried her time on the Real Housewives of New Jersey is running out!
The longtime Bravoleb appeared on the March 9th episode of Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge’s podcast, Two Ts In A Pod, where she opened up about her future on RHONJ while discussing her ongoing feud with sister-in-law Teresa Giudice.
Teddi asked Melissa if she has concerns “that where [her] relationship stand[s] with Teresa is going to affect [her] place on the show.”
The mom of three admits, “It possibly could, of course, of course, it could.”
Melissa believes “[the producers] could get to the point where they say ‘I don’t know how we’re going to put these two in a room anymore’ or they are going to put us in a room and say, ‘Don’t speak to each other, we don’t care.’”
“I don’t really think – I have to get through the reunion first, and I think that’s the way the producers are thinking as well right now, the executives, they want to get through the reunion,” she continued.
Tamra adds that she believes RHONJ needs both Melissa and Teresa to remain successful. It remains unclear if that is true or not.
Meanwhile, Melissa recently said that she wants peace with Teresa and ultimately wants to mend their broken family.
“I want to be in the same room; I want to be able to say hello, have my kids feel comfortable without all of the toxic hate. Are we there right now? No, but I would love to get there,” Melissa told Extra on March 7.
“As I said on the first episode of the show, I just want to keep the peace. I’m happy for her. I don’t think we need to fake lunches and fake that we’re besties and fake that we want each other at each other’s birthday parties,” she continued.”I don’t wanna fight anymore. There’s so much going on in the world. We’re not getting any younger. We don’t need to be best friends. I think our relationship is what it is. We need to own it. And we need not to be nasty to one another.”
While Melissa claims she wants peace, she has done nothing but go after her sister-in-law, her nieces, and Louie Ruelas in the last few episodes of RHONJ.
However, it might be too little, too late for Melissa, as Teresa has made it clear that she is done with the Gorgas.
“Unfortunately, the past 10 years, it’s been heartbreak after heartbreak after heartbreak. And I’m done,” the Bravo star said while appearing on Access Hollywood’s Housewives Nightcap podcast in February 2023.
Teresa explains that she hasn’t spoken to Melissa or her brother Joe Gorga since August 2022. The mom of four is adamant that her feud with the Gorgas will not roll into season 14 of the show because she is “done” with the drama.
“We haven’t spoken since two days before my wedding, and that’s it. And listen, unfortunately, what they’ve done to me, it’s like – people don’t know all of it because I’ve kept my mouth shut for the past 10 years, and now I’m done,” Teresa confessed.
