The temperature isn’t the only thing heating up in Miami.
Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein’s divorce from her estranged husband, Lenny Hochstein, is getting ugly!
Lisa claims that Lenny “financially strangle her” amid their divorce while he continues to live the high life with his new 26-year-old girlfriend.
According to new court documents obtained by Page Six, Lisa accuses the Miami-based plastic surgeon of restricting her access to money if she does not give in to all of his demands.
The self-proclaimed boob God allegedly “retaliates by restricting [her] access to funds” when Lisa “does not acquiesce to each and every one of [his] demands.”
Lisa explains that Lenny provided her with a joint credit card during their marriage to pay for her “personal expenses, expenses for the household and expenses for the parties’ children,” however that has changed since Lenny began dating model Katharina Mazepa.
“While the husband is presently traveling on a no-expense-spared vacation with his presumed girlfriend to Europe, he has left the wife and children without cash, access to funds, and less than $3,000 of available credit on the joint credit card,” the court documents allege.
The documents also state that the reality TV star believes Lenny refuses to “maintain the status quo” because she “expressed serious reservations about [his] request to host, produce and throw a lavish Halloween party with his girlfriend at the marital home for 800-1,000 people with the children present.”
Lisa believes her worries have “fallen on deaf ears” and insists she is being put into “financial peril.”
She adds that when she confronts Lenny about her concerns, he “gets upset and verbally confronts [her] with demeaning comments.”
In May, Lenny announced he was divorcing Lisa after 12 years of marriage. Lisa claims she was “blindsided” by the divorce. The former couple signed a prenup before tying the knot in October 2009. Lisa is currently seeking temporary support.
