Bravo seems to be shaking things up across all of their Real Housewives franchises!

The Real Housewives of Atlanta is the latest Real Housewives franchise to undergo a major casting shakeup.

A new report from Radar Online reveals that RHOA producers are postponing season 14 as they scramble to find new talent for the show amid their casting changes.

Not every current Atlanta Housewife will be holding a peach when the franchise returns for season 14.

Producers considered a lot of things before committing to a casting shakeup. Ultimately the season 13 dip in ratings, as well as fans’ unhappiness with the current cast, sealed the deal.

However, finding new talent for the show is a big problem for producers—apparently, a bigger problem than anyone expected.

Production has been forced to postpone filming as they search for new blood.

“The ratings weren’t the best this past season, so they need to do something to help get more viewers,” said the JasmineBRAND source.

The season 13 premiere of RHOA saw the franchise’s lowest ratings EVER. The season 13 premiere garnered 489,000 fewer viewers than the season 12 premiere.

As of now, no contracts have been sent out or signed, and at least one current Atlanta housewife will be demoted to a “friend” for season 14.

RHOA currently stars veterans Porsha Williams, Kenya Moore, Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, and newcomer Drew Sidora.

LaToya Ali and Falynn Guobadia were also introduced to viewers during season 13 as friends of the Housewives. They joined the likes of OG friend of the Housewives Marlo Hampton.

Porsha is rumored to be seriously considering” leaving the show. Kandi and Kenya are expected to remain on board in full-time roles; however, the same can’t be said for Cynthia, who is likely to be demoted to a friend or fired altogether.

Falynn and LaToya have no plans to return for another season. Drew’s status remains unknown.

The current casting process has been going on for at least a month, and producers remain stumped on how to reshape the cast.

A source told LoveBScott that production “has no idea who they want to round out the cast and why.”

Stay tuned for more on this developing story!
