Teresa Giudice’s Husband Joe Giudice Gets Support From 27 Former Judges In Their Deportation Battle!

Joe Giudice, husband of Teresa Giudice, star of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, is getting support in his battle to avoid deportation! According to The Blast, Joe’s getting support from 27 former immigration judges who are coming to his defense. According to court records, the former immigration judges and members of the Board of Immigration Appeals filed a motion in Giuseppe ‘Joe’ Giudice’s pending appeal. This motion could really help Joe if it persuades the court to grand his appeal to let him stay in the United States with his wife and their four daughters!

They are currently awaiting the decision of his appeal. Joe was able to put a pause on his deportation last month and they filed another appeal. He was released from prison after serving three years. He is currently fighting the deportation back to Italy and is currently appealing it in federal court. Their daughter, Gia Giudice, created a petition on Change.org and Bravo honcho, Andy Cohen, revealed he had signed it. Fans of the RHONJ have also created petitions to keep the family together.

Joe can stay in the country until a final decision is made in his new appeal. The case is ongoing.

I’m hoping for the best for the Giudice/Gorga family!
