Katie Rost is pregnant with baby number four! The Real Housewives of Potomac alum announced that she is expecting on Instagram, when she posted photos of her her pregnancy tests. This will be the fourth child for Katie, she is already mom to son, James Rocco, and twin daughters, Kathryn and Renee, from her previous marriage to James Orsini. Katie hasn’t revealed yet who the father of her child is, but she has shared several photos of herself with a man named Jacob, who she appears to be in a serious relationship with since this summer. On Season 1 of the RHOP she was with boyfriend Andrew Martin, whom she got engaged to. However; during that season’s reunion, Katie revealed that she and Andrew had called it quits. She made an appearance in Season 2 of the RHOP, But is no longer on the show.

Katie wasn’t sure at first if she was pregnant, due to the lines on the pregnancy test. She shared a photo of her pregnancy test on Instagram with the caption, “Is this one or two lines? I’m confused.” Then shortly after, Katie was sure that she was expecting. She shared another photo on Instagram of two pregnancy tests, which she captioned, “Oh shizzzzzzz, edit, yay!!!!!”
Current cast members of the RHOP; Karen Huger, Monique Samuels, and Candiace Dillard all commented their congratulations!
Congratulations, Katie! Babies are a blessing. I’m excited for the RHOP to be back on. They bring all the shade, drama and laughs. Maybe Katie will come back on the show, she would have a new storyline with a baby on the way and a new boyfriend.
