Well this sounds like a recipe for disaster! Reality show + reality star with substance issues + family = Not the best idea!
ET is reporting that Kim Richards is filming a new reality show that will also star her daughter Kimberly. A source is reporting that “the show is about famous mothers and daughters who have faced public struggles and are going through counseling.”
It’s also being reported that former Hills start Heidi Montag will be on the show along with her mother.
With Kim focusing on her recovery and staying sober, another reality show seems like it may be a distraction from doing that. This seems like it may be the last thing that Kim needs – not to mention mixing it with family always makes things messy.
We’re wondering why Kim would want to do this after the disaster that was her Dr. Phil interview (which also included her kids!) It’s been reported that she needs the money; however this could end up causing more harm than good. We’re hoping that if she does the show, she actually is doing it for the right intentions to get her life on track and not solely for the publicity and money.
Kim has also been seen filming RHOBH with Brandi Glanville and Yolanda Foster; however this isn’t a full time gig. It’s possible that she may need the show to make up for the lost income that she previously received from being a Housewife.
