There has been a lot of controversy surrounding season eight of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” specifically with the cast’s criminal history. Kenya Moore’s rumored boyfriend Eugene Casciaro’s criminal past was recently revealed, rumored returning cast member Marlo Hampton has a lengthy criminal record and it seems as though another cast member has had their fair share of run ins with the law as well.
According to Radar Online, rumored new cast member Amiyah Scott’s arrest record has been leaked. Amiyah is transgender, and her first arrest happened while she went by the name Arthur. Back in 2006, Amiyah was allegedly arrested and charged with felony theft by receiving a stolen vehicle. Amiyah ran a red stoplight, and after cops pulled her over, her license plate came back as being linked to a stolen vehicle. However, Amiyah reportedly did a pre-trial intervention, and her case was tossed out.
The next year, she was arrested for forgery in the first degree. She was caught for this crime after attempting to buy a Yorkshire terrier with a stolen check. After being arrested for this crime, Amiyah worked out a plea deal.
The crimes don’t end there! She was then arrested in 2009 under the name Adrienne for misdemeanor simple assault after fighting with a neighbor.
