So far on season seven of The Real Housewives of New York City, tension has been growing stronger between Heather Thomson and Bethenny Frankel. It seems as though it continues to get worse this week as well.
Radar Online wrote an article discussing Heather and Bethenny’s feud from Bravo’s preview of this week’s episode. This week, Dorinda invites all the ladies and their husbands, boyfriends, or dates over to her home in the Berkshires to celebrate her birthday.
During last week’s episode, Bethenny said she would not be able to make it to the Berkshires because it was her weekend with her daughter Bryn. Bethenny actually ends up coming to Dorinda’s home to spend time with the other ladies which leads to a fight between she and Heather.
In the clip, Dorinda’s boyfriend John Mahdessian says the dinner for all of the women and their dates will feature gourmet sushi, but Bethenny says she only eats shellfish. This leads to Dorinda telling Bethenny of the other food she has available for her to eat.
“She’s allergic to fish with fins,” Heather jokes to LuAnn de Lesseps.
As Dorinda and Heather go back and forth about what Bethenny can eat instead of the fish, Bethenny says that she does not want to make a big deal about this.
“I would [find her something to eat], but she won’t let me,” Heather says. “So she can sit there and eat nothing.”
“Bethenny’s not a four-year-old, if she doesn’t want to eat the fish, she’ll figure out what to eat and what not to eat,” Ramona Singer says in her talking head. “You’re not her mommy, Heather.”
Heather then turns to Carole Radziwill to tell her what has been going on. Heather says, on one hand, she feels bad for Bethenny, “and on the other hand, she’s just f***king mean. She really is harsh.”
The clip then ends with Heather’s talking head, where she says she’s never dealt with someone who is turned off by someone trying to be nice to them.
As other previews have shown for this week’s episode, there is more drama to come between Heather and Bethenny at this dinner party.
