Lisa Vanderpump’s Beauty Secrets Shared On Dr. Oz!

On the December 15 episode of Dr. Oz, Lisa Vanderpump was invited as a guest to discuss her secrets to staying healthy. What’s the best advice ever gotten?
“To exercise in moderation, but really, at least five times a week. It seems like it’s a lot, but you don’t have to do too much. I do 45 minutes a day on the treadmill.”

What health food are you surprised you enjoy?
“I like bran flakes very much. They kind of look like cardboard or something you don’t want to eat, but bran flakes are good to mix it with chocolate… It fills you up and it is not as fattening.”

What is one item that you cannot live without?
“The are false eye lashes, lip gloss, and there’s chocolate and red wine and Giggy and my husband. If I had to choose one… I can’t.”

What is your spirit animal?
“My spirit animal, i actually love all animals…are dogs. I don’t love them. I worship them. I have seven.”

Lisa also discussed her cancer scare when she discovered a dime-sized mole on her shoulder. After testing it, the results confirmed it was skin cancer. She warns people about the danger of ignoring rough skin that looks similar to skin cancer. She also says that she embraces getting older, but of course, she fights against it physically by applying masks, eating healthy foods, and exercising regularly.
