We’ve all witnessed on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, the relationship between Kandi Burruss and Mama Joyce take a turn for the worst, but it seems that now things are looking up for the two. In an interview with HLN, Mama Joyce shared what the current state of her relationship is with Kandi, and even says she hopes she is wrong about Kandi’s fiancee, Todd Tucker! Check it OUT
“My relationship with Kandi now is in a very good place. She was going out of town [for Christmas], and I said, ‘I’m am not going to let my baby go out of town without giving her a call.'”
So how does she feel about Todd?
“I haven’t really talked with Todd. I decided to stay out of their relationship, and let them deal with their relationship. They’re together, but I’m out of their relationship. It’s much healthier. I have rekindled a very healthy relationship with my daughter, and my granddaughter, and we are in a very good place…I pray and hope that I’m wrong about Todd.”
Joyce continues, “I love my daughter more than I love myself. I had only two children and I lost one. I don’t want to lose another one.”
I’m glad that Kandi and her mom are in a better place. I think her losing a child makes her cling so much to Kandi, and I hope she is wrong about Todd, and they all find a place of happiness. Thoughts on what Mama Joyce had to say? Do you think she’ll be proven wrong about Todd?
