Ever since Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Phaedra Parks, told co-star Porsha Stewart that she knew Tyler Perry, many, but mostly Nene Leakes, have wondered, if it was true! Well, last night we got our answer when Tyler Perry appeared on WWHL and of course, Andy Cohen played the clip of Phaedra and Nene name dropping Tyler Perry. After it was over, Andy then asked Tyler if he knew who Phaedra was! Find out the answer below
Andy read of a tweet from Nene saying
“It’s so funny. I asked Tyler Perry if he knew Phaedra, and he said he never met her. What is wrong with these girls?”
Andy then put Tyler in the hot seat and asked him if he’s ever met Phaedra.
He said, “No, we haven’t met. No we’ve never met.”
He did clear up the number mishap with Nene, saying that it is his number, but his outgoing message says his number is disconnected. LOL Also, that he is good buddies with her as well.
Poor Tyler. You could tell he was embarrassed for Phaedra that he had to put her on blast about them never meeting. Thoughts on Phaedra lying about knowing Tyler? What do you think?
