Kim Zolciak’s Legal Victory in “Don’t Be Tardy For The Party” Lawsuit

It’s a good day to be Kim Zolciak. The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star was just ruled in favor of by a judge! And the losers are Kandi Burruss and her cast mate/BFF/legal representative Phaedra Parks. Back in March 2013, Kandi filed a lawsuit claiming Kim needed to pull down Don’t Be Tardy For The Party because she never finished paying her for it. Kim then filed a counter suit claiming Kandi was suing her as a publicity stunt for her now-cancelled spin off, The Kandi Factory. TMZ reports that “a judge has officially ruled in Kim’s favor (pretty much on a technicality involving federal court jurisdiction and blah blah whatever).” Point is, Kim won and Kandi and Phaedra lost at their own lawsuit game.
