Real Housewives of New York City star Sonja Morgan has recently been linked to Benjamin Benalloul, a 23-year-old real estate developer, but Sonja is maintaining that they are not a couple! Enstarz caught up with Sonja last night at OK! Magazine’s “So Sexy” party and asked about her new boyfriend, to which Sonja replied, “what new boyfriend? I’m dating honey. Seven nights in a week.”
After Sonja’s clarification, she explained that Benjamin was present with her, “he’s actually here tonight, waiting for me to finish all this crazy hoopla, but he’s nice he’s very elegant, worldly,” Sonja gushed.
Sonja apparently is family friends with Benjamin and has known his family for a long time. She continues about her new beau, “He’s all over the globe and so am I, that helps me cuz I’m Sagittarius and I like to move around. I don’t like to be stuck in one town and he goes where I go, I like it.”
As for the wide age gap, Sonja does not care if she’s labelled a cougar, or if Benjamin is too young because she feels youthful herself! She reveals, “Oh I don’t care…if you’re a smart guy and you can keep my attention breakfast lunch and dinner, that works for me.”
“He’s wise beyond his years. I like a smart guy. I start there and then I work my way down,” added Sonja.
Ramona, also present at the party, was all for her reality TV BFF dating the much younger guy. She told reporters, “You know what, if she’s happy then why not.” Ramona recounted a recent encounter when Benjamin picked Sonja up after a recent lunch, and reveals, “I was like ‘wow.’ Very sweet.”
