Porsha Stewart from Real Housewives of Atlanta was humiliated earlier this week when her husband Kordell Stewart surprised her with divorce papers! Porsha found out about the filing online, in which Kordell says the marriage is basically unfixable and that he won’t pay her anything since she is able-bodied and can work for her own money.
Porsha is taking the gloves off and won’t have any of it! RumorFix has gotten a hold of Porsha’s divorce filings in which Porsha states that she deserves cash because she quit her job for two years, sold her businesses, and was set back financially in order to help care for Kordell’s son with another woman!
RumorFix summarizes her demands as follows:
- All property to be divided equally unless another agreement can be made
- Kordell to pay all marital debt
- Porsha wants exclusive use and possession of their home on a permanent basies
- Kordell to pay alimony
- Kordell to pay all attorney fees
- All insurance policies to stay in full force
