Bethenny Frankel proved during last night’s episode of the Real Housewives of New York that she’s not always a B and that she, in fact, has a softer and very emotional side of her.
In her Bravo blog, Bethenny explains that she was trying to throw Luann de Lesseps a lifeboat if she needed it and admits that she could have been projecting her marital issues on to Luann and Tom’s relationship.
However, B wasn’t done there and also called out Ramona Singer’s “uncomfortable” behavior in the Berkshires; hinting that fans will soon find out why Ramona has not been a good friend to her.

It’s not me. It’s the Berkshires. Here we go…I mean three years in a row is a record.
Luann had strength. I felt badly, and who knows if I was projecting. I just wanted to make sure she felt safe to jump on a lifeboat if she needed to.
I don’t walk in her shoes. I have been through hell, and I truly wish her all the happiness in the world in her marriage and her life.
Ramona was lathering it on so thick that it was uncomfortable. I think she had an orgasm when she won that bunny.
I truly tried to simply let her know to not apologize, nor walk on eggshells and that she really, for reasons you will soon learn, has not been a good friend.
Dorinda did make it nice. The food was good, the atmosphere was authentically holiday-ish, and I tried my best to not stab someone in a shower.
I am sorry that it always gets screwed up for her.

I honestly thought B and the rest of the ladies were coming from a good place and were truly looking out for Luann. I don’t think they were “jealous bitches” as Luann called them. Sometimes your friends can see cracks in your relationship that you are too blind to see. I think B, in particular, doesn’t want to see Lu go through anything she went through, which can happen when you marry a man you’ve known for all of 10 minutes. Hopefully, Lu and Tom prove us all wrong, but I’m not counting on it.
