Danielle Cabral teases RHONJ season 14 drama

RHONJ fans think that Danielle Cabral has overhauled her entire look, including plastic surgery after new red-carpet photos of her emerged online. 

Every Bravo fan is well aware of the second season glow up so it’s not surprising that Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Cabral is looking just a bit different following her second season as a Housewife.

The 38-year-old joined the season 13 cast of RHONJ in 2022.  When fans first met Danielle, she came across an average New Jersey mom – with quite the boujie side. After becoming a fan favorite of RHONJ, Danielle seems to have really leaned into conforming to the Real Housewives mold ahead of her second season.

Danielle Cabral recently appeared on the red carpet, which is when fans noticed that she’s looking different these days. The RHONJ is noticeably thinner, which has many fans wondering if she’s using Omzepic like the majority of her cast mates.

In 2023, Danielle had a tummy tuck. She documented the journey on her YouTube channel, claiming that after getting into the “best shape” of her life, she was still “insecure” about the “wrinkly” excessive skin on her stomach.

“After 2 C-sections, healthy dieting, and INSANE workouts, there was nothing left that I could do to get rid of my excess skin,” Danielle wrote on Instagram after revealing the results of her tummy tuck. “There wasn’t a magical pill (I wish) I could take for it to disappear. It wasn’t going anywhere unless I had the medical procedure known as a ‘tummy tuck.’”

She added, “I would like to emphasize that I put in countless amounts of work, and my body was in the best shape right before I had this procedure. Simply put, there was nothing left to do.”

Despite Danielle’s tummy tuck, she’s overall looking much, much thinner these days which isn’t a result of her tummy tuck. While Danielle’s new body could be from working out and eating healthy, many fans think she may have jumped on the Ozempic train.

If Danielle did jump on the Ozempic bandwagon, it would be quite hypocritical, considering she slammed people using the weight loss drug in December 2023.

While appearing on Page Six‘s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast, told Ozempic users to:

“Run on a f–king treadmill.”

Naturally, RHONJ fans have quite a bit to say about Danielle’s new look.

“She was better before. Now she looks like a man in Kim  Z’s season 1 wig!” one fan commented.

“Definitely hopped on the Ozempic train,” a second wrote, with others commenting things like “OOO-oooo-Zempic!!!” and “looks like Ozempic.”

Others accused Danielle of getting various surgeries on her face, including a “nose job,” “bleph,” and “brow lift.”

The article is about Danielle but the haters with Teresa Derangement Syndrome are out in full force. They're like a locust swarming from site to site. As for Danielle, she doesn't look much different...maybe her face is a bit softer.

I only come to this site and one other site and occasionally I go to RT, but don't comment. You on the other hand have stated that you go to reality blurb to read and I've also seen you comment at reality tea, so stop being so hypocritical.

You brought it up! TDS is BS, IMO. (That sounds funny but that is what I think.) Didn't you get enough satisfaction with all the downvoting without silly name calling and accusing other commenters of being "haters" (!!) and "swarming locusts" for their opinions? Geez. People dislike some people who choose to be on trashy reality TV and criticize them just like you do (I've seen it).

I thought you still had it blocked. The two absolute worst ones gave it up after that except Marce Marc downvotes. (They have nothing to say if they can't harass you! The only thing after you blocked was Shaunna copied a comment I made to Rhoda on RB naming names of trolls and Teresa fanatics and posted it here ( but only R responded.) I may have told you that already. R does now go to RB occasionally and everyone just ignores it for the most part. One person suggested it should go back to all about the truth. Someone new (yesterday) asked it why it defends Teresa and if it is her maid or something to know so much about Teresa. It was the Feb 7 article (here on all about the truth) about Teresa getting a bad edit. It is way down so might be easier to go to the bottom and work back up. I forget the person's name but I replied to it, but not R. R. answered with something rambling and long that didn't make much sense. It really sounded like Luis. Then it posted the same reply four more times! It replied to itself yesterday after its last comment to me (a week or two ago) with "Go" and then replied a few hours later with "Te". Bizarre.

The weight loss drug did a number on her face plus maybe the inside is oozing out showing how hideous she is. Luis is just....ugly and creepy. It gives Bravo another reason to replace her with a younger semi clone. Plus Danielle's husband isn't obviously sleazy and creepy not to mention a liar.

She's not as skinny as you think she is. She does a lot of photoshopping to her pictures. If you go to the Daily Mail you'll see for yourself. There's a bunch of pictures of she and Louie. It's so barf worthy the way they put on PDA.

I looked at the photos and I'm thinking two large, old and damaged spaghetti squash with tan paint. They look heavy, too, since they are hanging and the skin is overstretched. Ha!

Yes, it is like it got her face but not so much on the rest of her. She became heinous looking so quickly. I noticed it at bravocon and elsewhere since. She still has the inner knee fat I noticed so maybe she was born with it like the bowed legs. Oh, the photoshopping photos are so skinny and distorted it looks like a child did it. I'll check out Daily Mail at the risk of gagging. Ha! In about 6 weeks the show will start and I bet it won't get good ratings after the first or second episode. I don't have much interest in watching plus I don't want to support it by watching but I'll read the comments most likely.

Just looked. Ick. So she must have stopped taking it because those thighs are big. The face is still bad . What is really noticeable is the damage to her skin with those giant boobs. It is like stretch marks that are sun damaged or something. The butt really should be covered....So I wonder if they are there because Milania will be going to school at the U. of Miami supposedly, I think it is. On his Linkedin it shows him being/living in Florida, not NJ. I wonder if they are trying to work deals and not wait until Audriana graduates high school. It is funny they go through the motions just because he is being sued. He knew that was coming, too. Do they start getting gross when they spot someone with a camera or do they contact someone to take the photos?
