RHOSLC's Heather Gay is shocked by Whitney Rose's accusations.

RHOSLC star Heather Gay left Bravo fans shocked after her recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live. Get all the tea!

On Tuesday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, Heather Gay showed off a whole new look. Not only did the RHOSLC OG look noticeably thinner, thanks to Ozempic, which she admitted to taking in late 2023, her face also looked different.

Heather’s slimmer and tighter face left fans scratching their heads, trying to figure out what work she may have had done to achieve this look.

RHOSLC fans question if Heather Gay has gone under the knife.

“Omg totally new face,” one RHOSLC fan wrote.

“I’m sorry, who’s that?” another fan questioned.

Others noted that she looked like her cousin and RHOSLC co-star Whitney Rose. Some wondered if Heather simply “switched makeup artists.”

“She was pretty before and looks pretty now. Whatever makes her happy,” another Bravo viewer added.

RHOSLC OG Heather Gay looked fresh-faced but different on WWHL

Back in November, Heather admitted that she started taking the weight loss medication Ozempic to shed some unwanted pounds.

“I’ve been on it for a long time but hadn’t seen much results,” she told PEOPLE. “And I haven’t had massive results, but enough for people to notice, which is great.”

“You lose five pounds, people are nicer to you,” the reality star said. “I don’t know why. It’s just the way the world works, and that makes me sad for women. But happy that I’m down five.”

“I have three daughters that I love, and I don’t want them to have my genetics or have to struggle with society’s standards of beauty,” she added. “I just wish that there was a solution for all of us. “

“I’m feeling like I’m coming into my own a little bit, and I think the glow-up might be a little bit from that, too. But I’ll give credit to all the medical interventions. It’s my business.”

During season 4 of RHOSLC, Heather was body-shammed by co-star Mary Cosby.

On WWHL in October, Mary played a game called “Versace or Hibachi” which is when Heather’s Gucci x Adidas season 4 confessional corset look came up.

“No, I don’t think Gucci makes that,” Mary quipped when asked if she liked the look.

Andy Cohen and guest Ziwe Fumudoh were shocked by Mary’s claim that Heather’s Gucci top was “fake.”

“I’ve never seen a corset in, like, a size 14,” Mary replied. “Have you?”

 Heather reacted to Mary’s body-shamming diss on social media.

“It’s real. And it’s spectacular!” she commented under the @bravobybetches Instagram post.

Then, on her own Instagram page, Heather clapped back at Mary’s “size 14” comment.

“Thank you @gucci for being so inclusive #RHOSLC,” Heather wrote alongside of photo of her in the now infamous Gucci corset.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City begins production on season 5 next month and is expected to premiere on Bravo in late 2024.

Heather has a lot of "faces". She went from a brainwashed Mormon (although she still is) to selling her soul to the bravo devil, IMO. She lies so much she can't remember what she says. She claims to be Mormon royalty. I get why she wants to alter her looks but she should get off reality TV for her own sake in the long run. IMO

No question she looks good, but in the end fan are interested in your story. Heather for the last 2 years has depended on bashing her church and I think we have had enough of that. Get a life Heather, and maybe the fans will have some interest in the show. That goes for the rest of the next cast...Meredith, Lisa, Whitney and especially Angie. Too many HWs have depended on their interpersonal relationships to carry the show, but I've had enough of the fighting and I'd like to see some true storylines.

Meh, I think she looks great. If she’s happy with her progress and she’s not harming herself or anyone else, who cares? At the end of the day, what she looks like, good or bad, fat or thin doesn’t make one bit of difference in my life, but if it makes a difference in hers, I have no intention of raining on that parade. Good for her. There’s something to be said about feeling comfortable in your own skin. For a lot of us, it’s an arduous journey getting there, BUT it’s worth the trouble even if we stumble along the way. ????

I would add Heather but she is establishing herself as a main character (yech). However, then there is Whitney. Then Meredith who may as well not be there. Lisa seems the most "real" but people don't like her. Then there is Angie.

Dorit is like a real life Barbie doll. That’s her only appeal to me tbh, but it’s enough because this whole genre is pure brain candy. So, I tolerate Dorit cuz it’s somewhat fun to watch her play dress up (and just ignore her uselessly annoying drivel ?).

There is that! I've thought she reminded me of a plastic Barbie, too. However, they must be cutting back due to less income because she lost her ability to have someone do her hair, makeup and costume changes or to borrow or rent the costumes.

Only if they get caught committing fraud with the insurance company for the staged robbery or something to do with something illegal, like money laundering for example, having to do with living in mansions they don't own. I've been waiting for them to be in major legal trouble since they kept them for a second season! Either that or she has an affair with Mauricio and gets caught if they keep her and Kyle for another season.
