Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon Shade How Bad Some Real Housewives Look From Ozempic

Gizelle Bryan and Robyn Dixon think some Real Housewives looked better before Ozempic

Real Housewives of Potomac stars Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon are being Reasonably Shady about Real Housewives using Ozempic.

“Emily [Simpson] from OC looks beautiful,” Gizelle Bryant declared on the November 13th episode of her and Robyn Dixon’s Reasonably Shady podcast.

“And so her Ozempic journey has been good for her. I cannot say the same for the rest of these ladies,” she continued.

“I agree, she looks great,” Robyn Dixon said. “I think I heard that she took Ozempic to jumpstart it. And then got off of it, and now she’s just like working out and eating healthy.”

Gizelle Bryant then got extra-shady: “She looks good. The rest of them don’t.”

“Some people, I want the old person back,” Robyn Dixon quipped before she and Gizelle Bryant agreed that Real Housewives of Atlanta star Marlo Hampton “looks good though.”

“Marlo looks like you wouldn’t necessarily know she’s on it, or if that she took it. She looks like she just lost a little bit of weight,” Gizelle Bryant noted, to which Robyn added: “And her booty’s still juicy.”

Over the past year, several Real Housewives have either denied or owned up to using the weight loss drug Ozempic.

Kyle Richards and Erika Jayne of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have both denied using Ozempic despite dropping a significant amount of weight in the past year.

For Kyle, she’s credited her weight loss to diet, exercise, stress, and stopping drinking. As for Erika, she claims her weight loss is a result of getting her hormones regulated during menopause.

Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, and Jennifer Fessler have all proudly admitted to using Ozempic for weight loss.

“I wasn’t going to come to the reunion looking any bigger than anyone else, so I got on the bandwagon,” Dolores said on Watch What Happens Live in April before noting that “not one” of her RHONJ co-stars isn’t also taking the drug.

Meanwhile, Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Emily Simpson credits Ozempic for kickstarting her recent 40-pound weight loss, aided by a breast reduction and liposuction on her arms.

Emily Simpson shows off weight loss.

“So I did. I did that in December. For one month, and you know, that was a great kickstart for me,” Emily explained in June on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live. The RHOC star noted that she lost five to seven pounds on Ozempic but stopped taking the medication because it left her exhausted.

Robyn and Gizelle aren’t the only Bravolebs to slam skinny Real Housewives for using Ozempic to get even skinnier.

On  Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast in May, RHONJ alum Lauren Manzo said:

“I have been considered morbidly obese. I do think that people shouldn’t abuse [Ozempic]. I think it’s being abused because I see people, ‘Housewives,’ that are posting, and you literally see their ribs, and it’s sad because you were already skinny.”

Thoughts on this all? Do you agree or disagree with Robyn and Gizelle?

These two have not a single leg to stand on. Robin can't find a look that works for her STILL after access to the top stylists and image-makers in the nation, and Gizelle looks like a horse. Gimme a break.

Reality is that unless these women permanently change their eating habits and lifestyle, they will gain the weight back unless they continue receiving maintenance doses of the drug for the rest of their lives. There's a reason why all of the commercials for methods of losing weight state (in the fine print) that they need to be used in con junction with healthy eating and regular serious exercise.

Who are these two heifers to be commenting on any other woman's weight/appearance? They're just jelly that they can't afford Ozempic.

Emily isn't be entirely truthful. She lost more than five pounds on Ozempic before going off it (and then losing the rest on her own). It likely was 20 pounds or so. I think she says she only lost 25 pounds in total or something like that. That is not true. She lost a lot more because she was at least 50 plus pounds overweight. Erica has lost too much. It's aged her face badly. Kyle's face looks good. Margaret's face has aged. And Teresa looked really gaunt...so don't know if she's taking it but if so, she needs to stop and put on five pounds. Even Oprah is thin now so everyone in that world is taking it.

I just have this sneaking suspicion (and I DO hope I’m wrong) that among those using it to shed vanity weight, they’re all (or at least a good portion of them) going to have their ‘too good to be true’ moment. I would be SUPER cautious about using this drug for vanity weight purposes for that reason. I think because these drugs were not made specifically for the purpose of just dropping a few vanity lbs, I’m just not convinced those using it ‘off label’ (who are not obese or significantly overweight) are necessarily gonna fare as well as those using it for what it was designed to do. I could be wrong and I hope I am, but…?

Might be like the "diet" pills from decades ago. I think Ozempic being used off label for those who are truly obese might give them the kick start they need but then they have to keep the weight off without it. That's the tricky part. I think Botox was originally for migraines and Viagra was originally for heart conditions and then pharma ended up making billions when they discovered that it was potent for the reasons mainly used now.

Hopefully it won’t be a disaster or anything, but I just think about the whole Phen-Phen situation not being that long ago AND the multitude of times Big Pharma has failed us and failed us BIGLY in any number of ways. I would not trust this drug being some sort of ‘Barbie pill’. And maybe it will turn out to be just that and great! BUT what if it doesn’t? ??

I had to go to the ER in July. The nurse there cracked a joke about all the nurses she works with on Ozempic, and how haggard and nauseated it makes them. And their hair fell out. It just sounds awful. I think you're right, these women lead pampered lives and can afford special infusions, they don't have to go to a day job, they have hired help, it's totally different.

Yeah, I’ve heard a few horror stories, nothing resulting in death or anything but some not so pleasant effects. I HAVE to wonder if that’s more common than we know, the tip of the iceberg or both?? I just don’t have a great feeling about this medication being the wonder drug people seem so eager to believe it is. Maybe I’m wrong and I HOPE I am but…??????

I have heard it makes you tired. But I didn't hear about the hair loss. Can't believe the part about the nurses. Wow, that's crazy.

I wonder if Emily means 5 lbs of fat? I mean, you lose more in water weight in the first week or two of a diet than 5 lbs, especially if you're on something like ozempic. I would take it but it's so expensive and I've had multiple GI/abdominal surgeries so I can't but hey, more power to people who can do it, I say.

I think the ONLY one who DOESN’T look better is Erika. And that has nothing to do with liking/disliking Erika or any of them. I think the weight loss aged Erika significantly. Being voluptuous was part of her schtick. It worked for her as part of her act and IRL. Now she look’s emaciated and frail not lean and revitalized. Kyle looks phenomenal imo. Emily looks terrific. The rest of them (that I’ve seen which is not all of them) look better save for Erika who would probably look great with just 5-10 added lbs., but just looks older now.
