Vindication?! Lisa Rinna’s resignation letter is revealed in Bravo’s first look at season 13 of RHOBH, proving she wasn’t fired from the show.

One of the biggest mysteries in the Bravoverse has been solved! This week, Bravo dropped a seven-minute preview for the season 13 premiere of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which shows Lisa Rinna’s resignation email to the network.

In January, Lisa Rinna announced her exit from RHOBH after eight seasons on the show. The former soap star joined the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2014 during season 5. She remained a full-time cast member on the show until her exit following season 12.

The news left many Bravo fans scratching their heads, with many speculating: Did Lisa quit? Was she fired? What is the truth behind Lisa’s exit?

According to the season 13 premiere, Lisa did, in fact, quit the show – at least initially.

Lisa’s vindication comes at the end of the seven-minute preview as Erika Jayne heads to a retreat hosted by co-star Dorit Kemsley.

Erika appears nervous as she heads to the event with her partner-in-crime.

“So I am walking in like a man on my own island. My friend is gone,” Erika said, referencing Lisa’s exit from RHOBH.

Then, Lisa’s alleged resignation letter appears on screen. The email, dated September 10, 2022, reads:

“I will not be renewing my contract, and I will not be coming back to RHOBH. Thank you so much for 8 years!!!! All the best, Lisa.”

Following Lisa’s exit from RHOBH in January, many Bravo fans speculated that she was fired from the show following her shocking feud with Kathy Hilton during season 12.

Despite Lisa’s resignation email, there is allegedly more to the story surrounding her exit from RHOBH.

Andy Cohen previously claimed that Lisa quit RHOBH after filming the season 12 reunion. However, she “immediately regretted” her decision and took back her resignation.

In May, the Watch What Happens Live host then revealed in his latest book, “The Daddy Diaries: The Year I Grew Up,” that he ultimately made the decision that Lisa “should go on pause” and “come back” to RHOBH in the future.

That same month, Lisa’s rep released a statement denying that she was “on pause.”

“There was never any discussion with anyone about that concept,” Lisa’s rep told HollywoodLife. “Her contract ended, and the parties mutually agreed not to engage on a new one. She felt her time on the show had run its course, and she was more than happy to move on. And she still does not regret it.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 premieres Oct. 25 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.

I would put Kyle high on that list! I wish Bravo could talk LVP into doing some walk ons. It would be hilarious if she could photo bomb, or just do a cameo like Alfred Hitchcock did in his movies.

Oh, Kyle should go first, no doubt. I thought at least a year ago, LVP should do a cameo! My idea was they would happen to be doing some charity thing that may or may not relate to dogs and she would show up.

LVP should do a few. Her sitting in a corner sipping tea during Erica or Kyle's confessional, walk by in a street scene, photo bomb Dorit, your idea of her ignoring the mean ones at a charity event, or serving them wine at a dinner pretending she is a look alike. It would definitely make the show more fun and probably help ratings.

In my career I have had to fire people. Not a pleasant thing to do. Except for one extreme case, in all the others the employee was given the opportunity to formally resign rather than being fired. Simply sending an email saying she was resigning does not mean it was her choice.

Lisa sent the email, rescinded it, but Bravo had every intention of letting her go, that is why she sent the email to begin with. When she rescinded it (Panic time), but Bravo would not hire her back, hello, that is an actual firing. Rinna can tap dance around this all she wants, and this bs, putting this email out there, clearly Andy’s favoritism to Rinna for the 50th time which he afforded none to LVP, Vickie, Nene, Ramona who were actual OGs, HW Goats, not Rinna who came on after her BH series was established in season 4/5. Prior to Rinna joining BH, best ratings BH ever had, their glory years, and Once Rinna joined BH, ratings decreased, the Real Truth! Would Andy hire Rinna back in a heartbeat ..absolutely! Does the fan base want Rinna back - not in a million years, and does the rest of Bravo corp./Producers realize this..absolutely!

Yup, said no, resigned, panicked, went back again and asked for full time job and Bravo said Nope. That is being let go. Andy then feels the need to cover for her on RHOBH! He has not done this for any of the other OGs who were on their shows years longer than Rinna, established their market and brought higher ratings (for ex. Ramona 12 yrs, Vicki 14, LVP 9..he did nothing for them on WWHL or their shows..and for Rinna he did tributes on WWHL, Radio Andy, and now on upcoming on the show? Never happened before? He is quite obsessed, crossing boundaries with his personal friendship with Rinna into the show. Andy choose Rinna to read his “Hollywood Star” speech with his family present, out of all his friends, family and HWs. They are close, socialize outside the show. This whole thing is bizarre.
