Page Six confirms that Real Housewives of New York alum Tinsley Mortimer is engaged to Robert Bovard. The outlet also reveals that Tinsley and Robert will be tying the knot on November 11 in Palm Beach, Flordia.

Tinsley Mortimer is best known for being an early 2000s New York socialite who quickly became a fashion “it girl” like Paris Hilton and Olivia Palermo.

She starred on her own reality TV show, “High Society,” in 2010 before joining the cast of the Real Housewives of New York in 2017 during season 9.

Since leaving RHONY ahead of season 12 in 2019, Tinsley has kept a low profile by living in the south. She reportedly even declined an offer to return to Bravo because she prefers a life out of the spotlight.

Much of Tinsley’s life is now very private, including her relationship with Bovard. What we do know is that Bovard proposed with an emerald engagement ring. It’s unclear how long Tinsley and Board have been dating, but Best of Bravo reports that she has known about Tinsley’s relationship for almost a year and a half.

A source told Page Six, “She’s happy and enjoying the quiet life.”

However, the source declined to give any further details about Tinsley and Bovard’s relationship out of respect for their privacy.

So, who is Robert Bovard?

Robert Bovard, 40, works at August Iron & Steel Works.

He is 40 years old and lives in Augusta, Georgia. Bovard is the President of Augusta Iron & Steel Works, Inc., where he’s worked for the past 12 years. He is a father of three and is reportedly a widower.

Over the weekend, Tinsley posted a photo of herself, Bovard, and his three children on her Instagram Stories with the caption: “Family vacation before the big day!”

Tinsley’s happily ever after comes nearly two years after her former fiance, Scott Kluth, ended their engagement in March 2021. Scott and Tinsley met in February 2017 when Tinsley RHONY co-star Carole Radziwill set them up on a blind date. They dated on and off for two years before getting engaged in November 2019 after Tinsley left New York to move to Scott’s home base in Chicago.

The socialite was previously married to Topper Mortimer, who was her childhood sweetheart. The two eloped at 18 but were forced to annul their marriage. They re-married in 2002 before calling it quits in 2009.

Part one of the Season 14 Real Housewives of New York reunion airs Sunday, Oct. 22, at 9 p.m. ET. Part two airs the following Sunday, Oct. 29.

This is great. She was smart getting off reality TV. Scott was never right and she wouldn't have wasted time on him if not for reality TV. I hope she gets the family she deserves with this man and his children and that controlling mom of hers backs off a bit. This was just on reality tea with the headline saying he was an "older, rich man" and they blocked some comments saying the headline was misleading! So if he is 40 and she is 48 then they got it backwards.

There’s just something about Tinsley that makes you root for her happily ever after fairy tale ending. Even though from the get-go with that Scott creature I believed wholeheartedly that a desperate Tinsley was settling and settling big, she seemed to want marriage and family so bad, I half heartedly still rooted for her just because she wanted it so bad. This time around I can root for her wholeheartedly. THIS is what Prince Charming looks like, Tins. Go get that fairy tale, sister! ?

Scott got caught up and tried to convince himself she was the one but she never was for him. So glad she finally ended it with him as he was never right for her. Being smart enough to get off trashy reality TV was a good move, too.

Well actually I agree with you then because I think he was awful to string her along and use her. I just thought that was probably what happened with him but no excuse for it and he was a total douche from the beginning.

Yeah, he was a d*ck for that. Tinsley seems to be the type who loves with her whole heart and soul. She’s not the type to readily tell a dude to eff off cuz she ain’t having it from him anymore, ya know? She’s the type who will bend over backwards to save the relationship and keep the dream alive even at her own detriment. I reckon she learned a lot from getting her heart broken and dreams crushed like that, though. I’ll bet she’s a lot wiser from it. ??

Agree! Her lifestyle is foreign to me but a woman trying to make their dream come true and perhaps marrying for the wrong reasons happens every day. She made a mistake and I actually think her mom pressured her too much her whole life (blame the mother! Ha!) I bet she did learn a lot and it seems to have paid off. I admire her for choosing to get off reality TV, too.
