On Saturday, Melissa Gorga and Joe Gorga hosted a group event for season 14 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey. The two held a housewarming party at their new-ish Franklin Lakes, NJ home.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple moved into the home in late 2022 and have spent the last several months renovating the property after receiving backlash for their design choices on social media.

This year, Melissa and Joe took out a very large loan to make the necessary upgrades to their home. In April 2021, the Gorgas got a mortgage for $1.435M. With that money purchased the property on Indian Trail Dr and knocked down the previous home to build their current McMansion. Then, in January 2023, the couple refinanced and took out an additional $565k on their house.

In June, Melissa gushed about her newly redone home in her post on Facebook.

Now, RHONJ fans will get their first deep look inside Joe and Melissa’s house when season 14 of RHONJ premieres in 2024.

Joe and Melissa host a limoncello-themed housewarming party on Saturday night. The guest list for Joe and Melissa’s event included all of the couple’s RHONJ castmates, sans Teresa Giudice and Louie Ruelas, who were NOT invited.

Mostly, everyone in the cast wore white and yellow colored clothes to match the limoncello theme of the evening. A few didn’t get the memo, but c’est la vie.

AllAboutTRH can EXCLUSIVELY confirm that the night had lots of drama. Joe Gorga spent much of the night talking about his older sister, Teresa Giudice.

Speaking of Joe, a video from the party is making its way around social media. In a video from the housewarming party, Joe can be seen pushing booze on one of the servers at the event. Joe approaches a young female server and tells her to “open up” her mouth as he pours tequila down her throat. The server is clearly uncomfortable, but Joe doesn’t seem to catch the social cues.

Melissa also couldn’t help but bring up Teresa either. She paid homage to their infamous Pignoli cookie feud.

RHONJ fans had quite a bit to say about the clip.

“Look how uncomfortable she looks!!!” one fan commented.

A second fan wrote, “I’m not trying to judge. However, if I were a man like Joe, who had a daughter, I would ask myself, ‘Would I want a clearly intoxicated, seemingly handsy older man interacting with my daughter in this particular manner? Would I feel comfortable viewing this as that girl’s father?'”

“Ick, she’s working for him. Prob feels pressure to deal w/ this BS,” a third fan wrote, while another added: “This is gross and uncomfortable to watch.”

Joe Gorge has been forcing alcohol on everyone for years!!!!! Does bravo try in any manner to put a stop to the behavior? No! They brought Phaedra back after the fake rape accusations, so I doubt they have a moral compass at Bravo. Oh yes, I can’t forget them putting one white woman on a black woman show and allowing the white woman to be severely abused daily by a pack of racist black women!

The bartender/server is at least 21 years or older. She knows right from wrong. She could have told Joey “Sir, I’m on the clock… I don’t drink….No. thank you. I have to drive.” Bigger question is why film it??? Why is it so damn important for many to post every. Insignificant thing that goes on in their life?

I think she was happy to be a part of the fun. The source is desperate to find something negative and when they don't, they try to take something that is nothing with a disparaging headline and text! It is to be expected! What is funny is in some article recently Teresa complained about people taking photos while the events are being filmed. Does she not know the source or pretending not to? I wonder if the server appreciates being used by a tabloid.

From what I have heard they are delicious. Funny how y'all didn't mention Teresa paying homage to the cookie feud a couple of months ago when she featured them in one of her cooking videos.

For some reason this article made me think that if I heard one of the people paid by RHNJ were going to be my next door neighbor, which one would be one that was a good or okay neighbor. The only one I could think of would be Joe Gorga. Most of the others would make terrible neighbors, IMO.

I wouldn't want Melissa as a single neighbor but with Joe as part of the deal she'd be fine. (I say that about Melissa because she may not get the necessary work done outside without Joe doing it. Not all, if many, are "Melissa fans". I'm not a fan of any of them. I just sort of enjoyed aspects of the show a while back. Haven't noticed any "trashy Melissa fans". Some, like me, were fans of the show and bring up facts or fact based opinions about the people that are ruining it and that isn't Melissa or her husband. It will end up like NY so who cares.

I was just thinking the same thing!! I actually commented to her earlier when I said almost the same thing she did to someone else but then she downvoted me. It had to do with Joe Gorga giving the woman some booze when she obviously didn't have a problem. I deleted my question as soon as I typed it because I already know why. It starts with her being a basically childish and petty type OR part of the site. Maybe just one of those "holier than thou" types.

It does make me wonder where all the money is coming from. Tre was warned not to marry Louie without a prenup, which IMO she should have definitely acquired. Her response was Why, Louie has more money than she has. Yes, she owes over 1 mil to the government. Yes, she said she needs work because she has to pay for her girl’s college. Also, adding that she didn’t want Louie’s financial assistance. So if Louie can’t pay for his son’s college, then where did the money for the lavish wedding & Cartier bracelets for all come from? And what about the money for all the vacations?

I think they are spending her bravo money (plus he gets paid something, too being a NJ house husband or boyfriend) as soon as they get it. She's doing odd jobs here and there. They are doing some deal with the company in Switzerland. He's constantly looking for opportunities that may be scams like the TeresaVIP site appears to be. I'm guessing he has money stashed away since he made a lot before plus he has money tied up in the house which he put in an LLC. She just needs to get fired and he'll be gone. The pitiful thing is if she does sooner rather than later, it will probably be sooner because of him! It makes me wonder, too. It also really irritates me because I pay my federal and state income taxes. I really wonder if they still owe as a couple for the 2022 federal income taxes!!!

That is a good observation. This is the first one he has attended, according to the site that continues to report on every event. In fact Teresa was quoted in an article complaining about all the photos about their events as they are filmed, yet the site that that loves her is the one reporting them first!

I don't think he can wait that long. It was my first guess by the end of her first season, too. He slept in the pool house and she slept with the two girls. Doubt that changed except Olivia is the only one that sleeps with her. Marge used that revelation against her when she was angry so she altered it to----he goes to the pool house after work. IMO. I don't really have much respect for him but I'd take him over her any day. He needs a decent, not greedy or mean, professional woman younger than him and I hope he finds one.

We were blessed with the opportunity to travel to Italy this summer and we spent time in Amalfi. I loved the homemade limoncello they make in the town and made sure to bring back a few bottles and a limoncello dress for our young granddaughter. Such fun. Not a fan of Melissa's behaviour recently but I love the theme and I love her dress.

The woman looked like she enjoyed being included. It looked people were having fun. Still think the house is too commercial/institutional looking on the outside but they should be able to sell it for plenty if they don't wait too long.

I think the debt of $1,100,000 indirectly at the expense of those of us who actually pay their federal income tax is a much bigger deal before going on how many exotic vacations this year?! Are you ignoring that? She married such a wealthy wonderful guy in 2022 so why hasn't he paid. If Joe owes people money, they need to sue him and go to court and let the law figure it out. There is no question Teresa won't pay the taxes she owes from 2014-2021 as of 2023. She made enough in just one of those eight years with her part time bravo job to have more than paid it without all the interest and penalties making it worse. The young lady looked happy to be included in the festivities. There is video. She shouldn't be drinking on the job so sort of doubt if she would complain. Ha!
