Lisa Hochstein allegedlly engaged in a contentious “tirade” against her estranged husband, Lenny Hochstein, according to recently filed court documents.

“Upon entering the master bedroom, [Lisa Hochstein] suddenly ran out of her combined bathroom and closet and surprised [Lenny] by engaging in a verbal tirade demanding to know why [Lenny] had entered the master bedroom. [Lisa] started pushing [Lenny] physically, which caused him to retreat, and [Lisa] continued to pursue and follow [Lenny] while yelling at him.”
The Miami-based plastic surgeon claims that Lisa could have shut the door to their former marital bedroom when he left the room. Instead, Lenny claims Lisa chose to “escalate” the incident by calling 911 and accusing him of being the “aggressor” in the fight.
When Police arrived at Lenny and Lisa’s $10 million Miami mansion, they determined there was “insufficient probable cause” to arrest either party.
After the news of Lenny’s filing broke in the press, Lisa released a statement to Page Six. The Real Housewives of Miami star reveals her plans to file a legal response to Lenny’s claims while claiming her estranged husband was “taunting” her in front of their children before the incident occurred.
Lisa Hochstein told Page Six:
“As we will make clear in our response filing, there is a long history of me having to call the police because of Lenny’s behavior. On this occasion, he entered my bedroom without my consent while I wasn’t yet fully dressed and refused to leave while calling me names in front of the children and taunting me.”
The former couple announced their split in May 2022 after Lenny was spotted out in Miami with his new girlfriend, model Katharina Mazepa.
Lenny and Lisa tied the knot in October 2009. They welcomed their son Logan in July 2015, followed by the birth of their daughter, Elle, in September 2019.
