Bravo fans left ‘Underwhelmed’ & ‘Letdown’ By RHOC trailer

Fans have mixed reactions to the much anticipated RHOC season 17 trailer and Heather Dubrow, and it seems that they aren’t the only ones who are unsure about how the drama will play out this season.

RHOC star Heather Dubrow admits that season 17 was “difficult” amid Tamra Judge‘s return to the show, and she’s curious to see how their drama “plays out.”

“It was a difficult season for me,” Heather says on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast.

“I really hope that it’s the way that I remember it, and I hope by the end that there can be some resolve for everyone,” the reality star adds. “It’ll be interesting to see how it plays out.”

Meanwhile, many Bravo fans feel disappointed after finally feasting their eyes on the RHOC season 17 trailer. While a few fans are excited about the upcoming season, many feel underwhelmed by the trailer.

“That was a letdown,” one fan commented. A second fan echoed similar sentiments, writing, “What a letdown….should’ve had more Vicki [Gunvalson] and Taylor [Armstrong]. Still don’t get why Gina [Kirschenheiter] and Emily [Simpson] are there.”

A third fan commented: “Veryyyy uninterested in this trailer! Smh.”

“I’m underwhelmed, but I’m still gonna watch, lol,” a fourth fan noted.

Other comments included:

“Wow. What a letdown.”

“Weak.”

“This trailer does nothing for me.”

“Trailer is boring af.”

“Boring.”

All of the hype and wait for this big snoozefest.”

Some fans were excited about the upcoming season of RHOC and the return of Vicki Gunvalson.

“Finalllyyyy, some drama. This actually looks gooddddd OCCCC,” another fan commented.

“I Was Bored Until I Saw Vicky,” a fan wrote, while another fan added: “Vicki was the highlight.”

Yet the best comment of the bunch had to be: “The cast photo looked better than the trailer.” Ouch. Talk about some shade!

I have to admit that I wasn’t super excited about the seasons after watching the trailer, but I watched it again, and I can see that it might be good. It’s giving some old-school RHOC vibes, and I hope I’m right with that call. RHOC was previously one of my favorite franchises, so I am dying for it to return to its former glory.

RHOC returns for season 17 on Wednesday, June 7, at 8 pm EST.

Underwhelming is kind. Not enough Taylor or Vicki. No fights between Heather or Tamra made clear. Emily is the only funny one (yes, I typed that). Who called Gina by her first name? Not sure why they waited sooo long to put out this generic Wal-Mart trailer. Not creative or interesting. Its Tarma "screams and demeans" highlighted, not new.

The trailer was, well....trailer trash. But then, the show has been as well for several seasons and Tamra's continuous screeching, screaming and vicious attacking just takes the entire thing down another notch,

They should have come back this season with main cast as Tamra, her new introduced friend Jennifer, Heather, Shannon, Jenna (who actually has money and connections in the OC), and Taylor, and the friends as Vickie and one other new cast member. This should have been the new cast, a cleaner sweep from what was not working.

The trailer was terrible and they had to use some gimmicks to cover up not having much again but Tamara’s shrills it looks like because not many of the rest of the women have storylines..no surprise Gina and Emily have no storyline, they never have a storyline and have been responsible for taking the show from 2 million viewers when they joined to 750,000 viewers by the end of last season, so how they are still employed by Bravo is mind blowing because the audience could not be more clear how they are not interest in watching them. What more do fans have to say except turning their backs on the OC after 15, 16 loyal seasons. Fans so want a decent, return to glory OC but for some reason Bravo refuses to fix this cast by firing Gina and Emily and hiring some real wealthy, classy, connected women in the OC, I don’t get it.
