The Real Housewives of New Jersey husband has been slapped with a $110k lawsuit over the construction of his and his wife, Melissa Gogra‘s new Franklin Lakes home.

Joe and Melissa moved into their new home late last year after buying it for $950k in early 2021 and spending nearly a year and a half rebuilding the mansion from the ground up.

As we previously reported, Joe was initally sued for $30k in November 2022 by a contractor who accused him of not paying construction costs on his new home. All About the Tea was the first to report on this lawsuit.

The U.S. Sun reports that County Concrete Corporation has amended its lawsuit against Joe and is now suing him for $110,972.58.

In the amended complaint, County Concrete Corporation claims they provided building materials to Joe from September 2021 to January 2022, totaling $110,972. 58.

“The Plaintiff has attempted on multiple occasions to contact the defendants,” court papers read. “The defendants have failed to pay the monies owed to the plaintiff for the materials that were previously provided. The defendants have failed to fulfill their obligations with the plaintiff. The defendants failure to do so constitutes a breach of contract.”

County Concrete Corporation is requesting a trial by jury.

If this weren’t enough drama for the Gorgas, they are also rumored to be on the chopping block for season 14 of RHONJ.

Melissa and Joe’s season 13 drama with Teresa Giudice could mean the end of their time on the show.

A source recently told The U.S. Sun: “This could be Melissa’s last season. When Teresa’s done with you, you’re done with the show. It’s happened in the past to former cast members, and it can happen to Melissa.”

“If it came down to the point where Teresa threatens to not return because of Melissa, then Melissa would be the one who would get fired,” the source added.

“There’s no communication between them whatsoever. They can’t stand the thought of being in the same room together,” the source explains of the Giudices and Gorgas, noting that the next time they’ll face off “will be at the reunion.”

Joe Gorga is being sued for $110,972.58 by County Concrete Corporation. The company claims that they provided building materials to Joe for his new home from September 2021 to January 2022, but he has failed to pay the amount owed, which constitutes a breach of contract.

Joey Joey Joey...pay your bills man! For a company to sue means they tried every other recourse first. One company i can get it's a misunderstanding , but 2 is a habit at this point. Thought you were an honest and successful business man? So why screw over other small businesses?

I just read that Joe Gorga is being sued for 110k. He apparently hasn't paid his bill for his construction supplies for his new home. He was sued last year as well for 22k.

Melissa probably doesn’t know Joe has not paid a work bill. It probably comes out later in a legal notice and she finds out after the fact. I don’t see Joe being very up front about it. Remember Joe was buying businesses like that Blue truck business and even the restaurant without even telling her details she said and she got very angry with on the show. Something tells me Joe is very old school about his business and does not always share with Melissa, which is not a good thing but it happens.

The Tre stans want to keep this a pro-felon site. They tried this in the past and failed. It's okay for them to spew their hate and insults, but God forbid someone who is anti-felon does. This is the reason so many people left this site. The reality is w/o Italia and others who can't stand the felon, this site would be dead and that is a fact. Stacy comments over on RB and the site is mostly anti-felon. No one over there says "I wish they would ban Stacy from commenting." It's very juvenile of Stacy.

I agree. There are Tre fans on RB and we get along quite well. If I don't like what they have to say and vice versa, we say nothing to each other about it. The stans here, however have always come after the anti-felon commenters. It's a beautiful day here in VA. so I took the day off! Catch ya later, I'm off to take advantage of this gorgeous weather!

Couldn't agree more. Everyone has a right to their opinion, but if you disagree with other peoples views, you can still be respectful of what they have to say without insulting them. Some posters on this site struggle with that and ruin it for others.

I am done with "The TreeApe Show" and her kids are horrible. I don't read of Melissa & Joe's kids trashing TreeApe? I can't even stand the sound of that screeching voice of hers. Get rid of the Gorga's and TreeApe. Let's see some normal women. Louie the Louse will end up taking everything she owns, and I will be ecstatic, like when she went to prison.

That had been known for years and Gia and her Dad had talked about it way before this. Many of us have posted about it multiple times and corrected people when they said Melissa helped take care of the kids regularly when Teresa was in prison. Teresa and Melissa were not getting along until Teresa got out of prison. Teresa did not even put Melissa on her prison visitor or email list RHONJ fans will recall it was still that bad at the time off the show. So Melissa and Joe came back around only for the filming episode. In fact Melissa had finally admitted it herself during a WWHL episode about a year ago that she had only been the with the girls during the filming which was that like a one or two week special. Gia was in High School and Gabriella was in junior high, well old enough to remember the one year their mom was away, and who was taking care of them during that time. Also, they are not saying it is the whole time their Dad was in prison, just the 12 months Teresa was gone. Melissa fans attacking these girls because they dare to speak about what happened in their own life really crosses the line. Melissa and Teresa can find something else to bicker about that doesn’t include attacking the girls for speaking their truth. There are so many other things to choose from, why go backwards anyways!

Yeah I know it had come up before when Gia and her uncle were at odds (I think two seasons ago). I was really referring more to the breaking the fourth wall (meaning her mentioning "filming") which used to be a cardinal sin. Seems they are slowly now doing it on across the entire HW series. I always it was a silly rule anyway. Anyway, I truly see both sides to their beef and I know first hand that unresolved issues are always going to resurface, especially in Italian famblies.

So true. If they can fight for years about cookies, seating spots, etc, there is no subject off limits with this family honestly. If they put that energy into something else, both families could really benefit in the long run but the hurt and damage is just too deep at this point.
