Heather and Terry Dubrow are saying goodbye to Chateau Dubrow!
The Real Housewives of Orange County couple have sold their Orange County dream home for a whopping $55 million.
Multiple sources confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that the reality TV couple just closed on the sale of their 22,000-square-foot Newport Beach mansion.
This sale is the largest sale to take place in Orange County this year and the third-highest sale in OC history.
Million Dollar Listing star Josh Altman reportedly represented the Dubrows in the sale to a mystery buyer who made an offer they couldn’t refuse.
The couple moved into the home six years ago after spending numerous years building the home, as documented on RHOC.
Heather addressed the news in a statement to ET: “Wow, that got out fast! With two kids at college, we’ve been thinking about our next move. We just bought a cool penthouse in L.A., and sometimes the universe shows you the right direction. Change is exciting!”
Speaking of Heather and Terry’s new penthouse in L.A., they purchased the Century City condo with the aid of Selling Sunset‘s Heather El Moussa.
As for Heather’s future on RHOC, the actress says, “I think that as a New Yorker transplanted to L.A., dragged down to Orange County, I’m migrating home. Let’s just see what happens there.”
“I mean, Garcelle [Beauvais] and I have been friends for a long time, [Lisa] Rinna, and I have known each other,” she added, “I do enjoy diamonds — let’s be clear — we’ll see where the wind takes us.”
RHOC is set to return for season 17 in early 2023.
