David Beador’s marriage to his wife Lesley Beador is officially over.
On late Tuesday night, Lesley announced that she was filing for divorce on Instagram. This comes less than a week after the 39-year-old claimed that David filed a request to dismiss his September 15 divorce petition.
“I am filing for divorce,” Lesley wrote alongside a photo of her and her daughter, Anna. “While this is not what I would have ever expected, it is what is best. I value myself and the happiness and well-being of my children. I am so grateful for a tremendous circle of friends and family who support me. Looking forward to a bright and happy future with my beautiful kiddos.”
Lesley later took to her Instagram Stories, where she made it clear that she has a lot to say about her soon-to-be ex-husband and will reveal it all one day.
“I have a lot to share & will one day. For now, I’m going to focus on spending all my free time with my amazing kiddos & laughing with friends,” she shared.
David and Lesley share a 19-month-old daughter, Anna Love Beador, and David is seeking joint physical and legal custody. When it comes to spousal support, David noted in the filing that he doesn’t want to pay any, adding that he and Lesley have a prenup.
The two tied the knot in October 2020 and welcomed their daughter four months later.
David was previously married to Shannon Beador for 17 years, and the two share three daughters. Their marriage and split were featured on RHOC.
RHOC is set to return for season 17 in early 2023.
