Jen Armstrong and Ryne Holliday’s marriage isn’t quite over just yet.

The Real Housewives of Orange County couple are reportedly “trying to work” on their marriage despite their ongoing divorce.

“It has been a rough few months, but they are trying to work on their marriage,” an insider tells Page Six of Jen and Ryne.

The two were recently spotted walking arm and arm in Laguna Beach, CA.

So, why did Jen file for divorce then? A source says that Jen did it for the sake of her family.

“There was no specific catalyst for the filing. After their first trial separation in September [2021], Jen and Ryne were still in limbo, and Jen felt like she needed to take this step to improve their family dynamic,” the insider said.

“The issues they’ve been having are the same issues that played out on the show,” the insider continued. “But all is amicable, and they are committed to keeping their kids stable and happy.”

Meanwhile, Radar Online reports that Jen and Ryne recently sold their 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 3,047 sq. ft. property in Corona del Mar for $5.8 million.

According to the listing, the home features “180-degree unobstructed views of Catalina and San Clemente Island.”

The home was purchased in 2020 for $3 million, allowing Jen and Ryne to walk away with a $2.8 million profit from the sale.

RHOC is set to return for season 17 in late 2022 or early 2023.
