Bethenny Frankel is bored with Bravo.
The former OG Housewife isn’t thrilled with the news that Bravo is rebooting the Real Housewives of New York and launching a second spinoff show feating former cast members.
On Thursday, the Skinnygirl mogul shared her feelings on the RHONY reboot news in a video on TikTok.
Bethenny captioned the video, “My thoughts on the #RHONY reboot…” she then lip-synced to audio that said, “It’s a long story, and it’s very f–king boring.”
She added, “Jesus. Like, f–k.”
On March 23, Bravo announced its plans to reboot and recast RHONY for season 14 while also introducing a new show dubbed RHONY: Legacy, which will feature some of the most-beloved NYC Housewives from past seasons.
Currently, the network is “searching for a diverse group of friends who best reflect one of the most multicultural cities in America.”
Executive producer Andy Cohen told Variety, “You know that we’re at a crossroads for RHONY. We’ve spent a lot of time figuring out where to go. And the plan that we’ve come up with, I think, is a real gift to the fans. There are thousands of stories to tell here. This is the most multicultural, diverse, and energetic, and exciting city in America: We are searching for a multicultural group of friends who really best reflect the most exciting city in the country. We’re looking for a group of women who are real friends and who are of diverse backgrounds, races, and religions.”
