One and done?
It seems Mia Thornton may be a Real Housewives one-season wonder.
The Real Housewives of Potomac star reveals that she thought about skipping the season 6 reunion and hints that she might not be returning for another season.
According to Mia, she wasn’t a fan of the “nasty” drama on RHOP and would prefer to keep things “classy” which is why she almost didn’t attend the season 6 reunion.
Mia also says that she and her husband, Gordon, don’t feel that RHOP has added “value” to their lives.
“Why didn’t she want to attend the reunion?” one fan asked. Mia replied, “Because we (G & I) didn’t feel this platform was adding value to our lives. We don’t do “nasty” drama. I should have watched seasons 4 & 5. I thought I was signing up for Housewives of Beverly Hills vibes. I prefer to keep it classy.”
Meanwhile, Mia later elaborated on her sentiments that RHOP doesn’t add value to her life.
“I haven’t heard of any of the ladies on other platforms being referred to as a prostitute, boy shamed for theirs and feet, called a liar for basically everything they say,” Mia explained. She also added in the digs about her husband G being a “granddaddy who saved [her] from the strip club” and the claims that her “Mom doesn’t love [her].”
She continued, “How much do expect a person to take? My life is AMAZING. I LIVE, I LAUGHT, I know how to have a good time! I LOVE HARD, have the BEST friendships, a HEALTHY [marriage], successful businesses, and HAPPY and HEALTHY children.”
“If G and I don’t feel this platform [has] added value then that’s our opinion. RHOP has a PHENOMENAL CAST minus she who shall not be named. We can be shady but NASTY…I don’t do it. I don’t have it in my heart to cut deep,” she added.
