The Gorgas are starting fresh!
Months after Melissa and Joe Gorga sold their mega-mansion in Montville, the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple are starting construction on their next dream home.
Earlier this week, Melissa and Joe shared a sneak peek of their new digs with fans on Instagram.
The two are currently demolishing the home that currently sits on the property of their future dream house.
The RHONJ cameras followed the couple watching the house be torn down to make way for their bigger and better home.
Not surprisingly, Joe is spearheading the build.
“Let’s get down to business! Our 1st love! Making beautiful homes,” Melissa gushed on Instagram.
She continued, “This will soon be our new house! This is day one of construction! I’m gonna keep posting all of the [renovations] as it goes along, so watch @joeygorga & I do what we do best!! #gorgahouse #rhonj.”
In December, Melissa announced that she and Joe FINALLY sold their Montville home after years of trying to unload it.
“We’ve made so many memories in this home. We were blessed to be able to share so many of them with all of you, [Bravo] & the [RHONJ] viewers. I love that I can always watch the reruns and remember the good times we had in it,” she explained. “I’m excited to start new beginnings with my family.”
In February, Melissa revealed on WWHL that her family was living in a rental and have plans to build a new house.
“I’m in a rental house right now while we’re building a new home,” she noted.
She also said that her next home won’t be a McMansion but will be designed to perfection.
“I’m gonna design my new house kinda like this outfit & my persona. Classy, with a little spicy mixed in,” she shared on Instagram.
Season 12 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey is expected to premiere on Bravo in early 2022.
