Not so fast!
Luke Gulbranson isn’t accepting co-star Hannah Berner’s so-called apology for mocking his mental health.
The Summer House star reached out to AllAboutTRH to set the record straight and insists that Hannah NEVER said sorry to him.
On May 5, Hannah posted on Instagram about Mental Health Awareness Month. In the lengthy post, she opened up about her own struggles with depression and anxiety.
She also addressed comments she made on her podcast mocking Luke’s mental health.
“I’ve recently been made aware of some talk online regarding comments I made on a podcast two years ago referencing suicide ideation, and I want to apologize for my insensitivity regarding such a serious topic. I understand that I crossed the line. To everyone who has brought this to my attention, I want you to know that I hear you, and I am sorry,” Hannah wrote.
While many dubbed Hannah’s post an apology, Luke didn’t see it that way at all.
Luke reached out to AllAboutTRH and said that while he “appreciates” us “shedding light” on Hannah’s post, it wasn’t an apology.
He adds that “Hannah didn’t apologize to me. She made a statement and made it about herself.”
Luke also insists that Hannah is “not” his ex, even though that’s debatable.
Summer House is expected to return to Bravo in early 2022.
