‘Real Housewives of Miami’ Alum Marysol Patton Ties the Knot in a Traditional Mayan Ceremony

Felicidades are in order for former ‘Real Housewives of Miami’ alum Marysol Patton. The Housewife (who notoriously had a rocky love life) has decided to give marriage another try and recently tied the knot in a traditional Mayan ceremony, officiated by a Shaman. Marysol wed boyfriend Steve McNamara in a lowkey ceremony last Page Six reports. The couple wed in Tulum, Mexico in a small ceremony involving rituals led by a shaman. Patton “54, wore a lacy off-the-shoulder white gown and had flowers in her hair.” So what made Marysol decide to go this untraditional route? According to sources, it was Mama Elsa who served as the inspiration for the ceremony as it would have been right up her ally: “It was the basis of her mom’s spiritual-religious roots,” the source told us. “She felt her mom’s influence guided her to have this kind of ceremony — Elsa is still in charge!” The two met about a year ago, and apparently, Marysol fell for the Miami-based businessman immediately, and “They have been stuck like glue since they met.” Patton was previously married to Philippe Pautesta-Herder from 2010 to 2012 and fans saw the two married while on RHOM. The two ran off to be married in the mountains, so it’s clear that Patton has a thing for eloping in exotic destinations. Although an RHOM reboot is set to premiere on Peacock, rumors are that Marysol did not make the cut. Congratulations to Marysol! I’m hoping this is finally “the one” for her.
