Cameran Eubanks has been a Southern Charm staple since the beginning of the show. The southern beauty was even on reality TV before the hit Bravo show, so as a seasoned reality pro – why do we not get to see her home life?
Cameran is aware many fans may not even think her husband Jason Wimberly even exists and she is AOK with that. Speaking out to Bravo, Cameran states her hubby:
“has no interest in social media” and “doesn’t even understand what Instagram is.”
I have to say in a world full of reality fame whores it’s refreshing to have a couple that values their marriage over their Instagram followers.
Despite her other half not being fan of social media, Cameran is only human and will proudly show off her family on her own account, saying:
“I think because he’s not on the show, it’s almost like people don’t think he exists. So I at least try to incorporate some pictures of him on social media so people do believe that I am married, I do have a husband, I am happy. It’s not just this front for the TV show.”

Cameran also states her husband is more than fine with her doing the show, despite his desire to stay off camera stating:
“You would be surprised to know how much he loves Southern Charm. People think because he won’t be on TV, he doesn’t approve or doesn’t like the show. It’s the total opposite. He is the one who encourages me to do it every season. He’s actually really close friends with everybody on the cast. He just doesn’t want to be on camera, which I don’t blame him. I get it. Not everybody’s built for reality television.”
Cameran’s husband has a busy career so I’m sure reality TV and social media aren’t even on his radar. I think Cameran is one of the more normal/down to earth reality stars out there so I’m not shocked she is letting her husband be himself.
