The Real Housewives of New York star, Luann de Lesseps is selling her Sag Harbor summer home. Luann sings, “Money can’t buy you class,” but it can buy you her beautiful estate.
According to Behind The Hedges, Luann has listed her Sag Harbor Greek revival home. She had purchased the property in 2013 for $2.437 million and did a lot of remodeling and renovations. Now it is worth even more money. The home is shown on the RHONY, as the stars of the show are always in the Hamptons, Sag Harbor and Montauk in the summer. The property is a gorgeous waterfront home on Sag Harbor Cove. It’s on the water with a dock, deck and a dining pergola. It features four bedrooms and four baths. It even has “a winterized studio on the property with a full bath.”
The asking price is $6.25 million dollars.
I’m shocked Luann wants to sell her summer home, it’s so beautiful. Perhaps there are too many memories from spending time there with her ex-husband, Tom D’Agostino? On the show you could tell her face lit up every time she escaped to the property from the city. I’m a lover of homes on waterfront properties. I grew up out in the country in the Midwest, and my house back home is on a lake. Plus my family cabin is on another lake. I’m sure Luann will invest in another summer home on the water. A lot of the New York City ‘Real Housewives’ have summer houses in the Hamptons and Sag Harbor. Bravo honcho, Andy Cohen, has a home in Sag Harbor, too. Perhaps Luann’s going to start flipping homes like fellow co-star, Bethenny Frankel? We’ll have to stay tuned, loves!
