Monique Samuels, star of The Real Housewives of Potomac, has no problem speaking her mind and defending herself. On RHOP she mentioned how she had a car crash, and the women started to speculate that she was drunk. Many of her castmates think she has a drinking problem. Monique insisted that she only had two martins and was not drunk when she was driving, when she got into a car accident. She said she fell asleep at the wheel. Recently Monique joined Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live to address the allegations about her having a ‘drinking problem.’
Monique said, “They’re on anything I do, they’re obsessed.” She feels like they are always on her case and jumping to conclusions. She added, “I guess I’m just giving them something to talk about. Lead them to water and they just still won’t drink.”
Does she have a drinking problem? Monique answered, “Of course not.”
I don’t think Monique has a drinking problem, but that is super scary that she got into a car accident. Some ladies said she had four martini drinks, while she said she only had two. Regardless; it’s always a smart decision to not drive if you’ve been out drinking. I’m sure we will see the ladies discuss this further on RHOP!
