In the words of Bethenny Frankel – she really does seem to be giving zero f**ks this year! First she was unapologetic when fans of Erika Girardi attacked her on social media for insulting her work and now she is holding her ground after fans lashed out at her regarding a Kmart rant!
In true Bethenny form – Bethenny took to social media to let her fans know what was annoying her that day which turned out to be a poorly managed Kmart and lack of English speaking employees:
um… no Bethenny. It’s actually zapatos (with a z). Didn’t we see her taking her daughter to Spanish lessons?? Maybe she should have stayed to learn also.
Many users accused her of being racist and why I don’t think Bethenny was being racist – she really needs to soften up her delivery. She could have easily addressed the problem in the store without taking it to social media which always creates a storm (then again maybe she was just looking for more attention!)
Bethenny also came to defend herself saying that she was supportive of Hispanics and actually supports an Ecuadorian woman and child:
One user called Bethenny out, not for being a racist but a hypocrite a she recently signed a deal with Wal-Mart but was shopping at Kmart – oops! Well at least she wasn’t praising Kmart’s store!
I’ve always been a fan of Bethenny – I cheered her on while she was struggling and was happy when she finally found success; however lately Bethenny has been coming off as mean spirited. What was once seen as a tough girl exterior doing whatever it took to make it big has seemed to transform into a “know it all/bitter” woman!
