Real Housewives addicts will soon have a new group of ladies to watch! Bravo has announced that the first British spin off of the hit franchise is set to premiere this month on Bravo titled the Real Housewives of Cheshire (aka RHOCheshire – not to be confused with the original RHOC).
The series is described as documenting the “lives of several affluent housewives in Cheshire and Greater Manchester” which is an area known for wealth, huge homes and of course the people that live there. The group of ladies will include a former model, footballer wife, salon owner, domestic goddess, writer and interior designer. It apparently was a huge hit when aired and a second season started in September of 2015.
Bravo aired your first look of the series, giving an official preview of the season as well as your first introduction to the new ‘wives. The tagline “In Cheshire there are only two ways to move: up or out” suggests it will follow the tried and true Housewives format of lots of cat fights and over the top lifestyles.
No word yet on whether this is the “new” Housewives location that Andy hinted at during his recent interview with Amy Phillips, as he did not specify if it would be a U.S. or overseas location. Who knows – if the show is a hit in the U.S. maybe Lisa Vanderpump will have to share the British crown when it comes to The Real Housewives series?
RHOCheshire is set to premiere on Saturday, November 14th on Bravo with 10 episodes in the series.
