Judge Rejects Foreclosure Challenge on Teresa Giudice’s Mansion; Could Teresa Be Homeless After Leaving Prison?!?!

It seems that the Giudice family can’t seem to catch a break. A Morris County judge recently rejected a challenge made by Joe and Teresa Giudice to contest the foreclosure of their Montville mega-mansion. Many are now wondering what will happen to the Giudice family home.

According to Judge Stephan C. Hansbury, he found no evidence to support Joe and Teresa’s challenge to stop the foreclosure on their home. “Even a cursory examination of the Answer shows that Defendants’ denials and alleged defense have no basis in fact or law and are meant only to delay the proceedings.”

In fact last week lawyers for the Giudice’s mortgage company filed a request for a final judgement that would kick off the sheriff’s sale process.

The Giudice’s already lost their shore home in Manahawkin to foreclosure earlier this year and was sold back to the bank for $100 following a sheriff’s sale this past summer. In addition, the Giudice’s rental property in Lincoln Park also succumbed to foreclose.

While sources say a sheriff’s sale on the Giudice’s Montville home could be months, away many wonder if Teresa could come home from prison and have nowhere to live.

Teresa is set to be released from prison in early to mid-December. Hopefully, she has a home to return to.

Do you think the Giudice’s will find a way to stay in their home? Could Teresa come out of prison and have nowhere to live?
