What’s Teresa Giudice’s Strategy To Avoid Prison?

It looks like Teresa Giudice and her team of lawyers have a strategy in place to keep her from going to prison, and that strategy involves her separating from her husband Joe! Well, not THAT kind of separation.

A recent Star Magazine article claims Teresa and Joe have decided to move forward with separate legal teams for their representation.

A source reveals, “Teresa has stuck by Joe all along, but this is the best chance they have at a fair trial. Some of the charges are against (Joe and Teresa), and some just include Joe and his business partner.”

It has already been reported that Teresa has hired a crisis manager to help her prepare for her day in court on February 24, 2014. Her legal coach, Wendy Feldman, made it clear that she’s only working for Teresa.

Feldman told US Magazine, “I am acting as the legal coach and crisis manager only for Teresa Giudice.”

The source continued, “She has four kids, and she feels like no judge would take a mother away from her children. At this point, their legal separation is just another attempt to avoid prison time. They feel like it’s the right decision for them both.”

I hope if this strategy is true, that it works, because it would be very tragic for both Teresa and Joe to be separated from their girls. At least they would have one parent. What are your thoughts on this strategy? Do you think it’s a good idea?
