We can raise our Skinnygirl cocktail and cheers to that! It’s been a few months since former Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel filed for divorce from Jason Hoppy, but the couple have finally mutually agreed to dissolve the marriage once and for all.
Although the actual marriage can now be legally terminated, there are still some issues, however, to be resolved between the two parents! TMZ reports, “both Bethenny and Jason have filed legal docs saying they have agreed to get a divorce based on the ‘irretrievable breakdown’ of the marriage.”
As for the unresolved matters, the couple are still working on a financial settlement and division of property, which includes a computer that Jason supposedly wants Bethenny to cough up.
On May 24th, the couple will return to court and hash out spousal support, child support, and child custody matters.
