Entrepreneur and RHOSLC cast member Lisa Barlow is being accused of not paying debts — once again.
In a new lawsuit filed on Tuesday in Salt Lake County’s third District Couty, William McGreary claims Lisa Barlow and her husband, John Barlow, owe him $400,000.
According to the complaint, McGeary loaned the RHSOLC couple the money to help cover expenses for their tequila brand, Vida Tequila.
Lisa’s reps have not yet responded to the lawsuit, with Sean Eagan, who is representing the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star in another lawsuit, claiming he is not aware of any new charges against his client.
This is the third time this year that someone has accused Lisa and her family of owing money related to their Vida Tequila brand. In June, a former business partner sued Lisa for $410k that she allegedly borrowed between 2010 and 2018.
John Barlow was also sued in May for $105,954.16 in alleged unpaid loans. The Barlows have denied the allegations against them.
“I pay my bills and obligations, and I always have,” Lisa Barlow said in a statement in June.
The season 5 trailer is expected to drop any day now.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City will return for season 5 in late 2024.
