Buckle up, Bravo fans, because the RHONY cast is planning to return bigger, better, and with more drama than ever for season 15!
RHONY star Jessel Taank tells PEOPLE that the cast has “been patiently waiting for the announcement” to confirm their returns for season 15.
Now that Bravo has announced that Jessel Taank, along with Jenna Lyons, Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Lichy, and Brynn Whitfield, will all be returning for season 15 of RHONY, the fashion publicist reveals that the cast is planning to really amp up the drama.
“We’re all excited to come back and have a better understanding of how [filming] works,” says Jessel.
“We love it so much, and we love entertaining. We’re gonna come back with a vengeance,” she vows. “It’s been a long time coming.”
“When we started filming, they were only a year and a half,” she recalls. “So, you know, I think it’ll be interesting to people to see them now because they weren’t really talking. They were just starting to walk season 1 and they didn’t really have that much of a personality yet — they were cute and funny and chubby and bouncy and that’s pretty much it. But now, they’ve developed so much and so quickly, it is a bit of a shock to the system, I have to tell you.”
Bravo rebooted the New York Housewives franchise for its fourteenth season after the series hit a ratings low during season 13. The current RHONY cast made their Bravo debut for season 14 last summer after the series was put on a two-year hiatus.
The reboot was mildly successful, with fans split on the cast—some still long for the OGs, while others enjoy the freshness the new cast brings.
Production for season 15 is expected to commence in late April or early May.
RHONY will return to Bravo for season 15 in late to mid-2024.
