RHOBH star Crystal Minkoff breaks down over her own mortality after experiencing “stroke symptoms” during cast trip to Spain.

On Wednesday’s episode of RHOBH, Crystal Minkoff experienced a medical emergency medical scare on the season 13 cast trip to Barcelona, Spain.

Oddly enough, Crystal found herself incredibly grateful for RHOBH co-star Annemarie Wiley despite their differences after the 40-year-old endured  a scary run in with high blood pressure.

The RHOBH cast was forced to stop on the side of the road in Barcelona after Crystal became “dizzy” following a bought of severe motion sickness which caused nausea and enlarged popping veins.

Annemarie, who is a nurse anesthetist, asked Crystal to “squeeze my fingers,” which made Crystal fear that she was exhibiting “stroke symptoms.”

As the entire RHOBH cast rallied around Crystal, Dorit Kemlsey told cameras she was concerned “something was truly wrong with her,” noting that her skin was “gray” with beads of sweat running down her face and raised veins.

“This is not just like a ‘lay down and drink some ginger ale and walk it off’ kind of situation,” Annemarie told the cameras.

“But like, given Crystal repeatedly insulting and degrading my profession, the irony of what is happening right now is literally shocking,” the RHOBH rookie added.

While Crystal laid down in the sprinter van and waited for medical professionals to arrive,  Annemarie noted, “I don’t want her to get up and get a hypertensive crisis or something and then stroke out … not that that would ever happen!”

When the ambulance arrived, Crystal screamed out her blood pressure which was “177 over 108,” to Annemarie who replied, “Yup, there you go.”

Crystal was transported to the hospital as the rest of the RHOBH cast continued with their plans for the day.

After the RHOBH cast lit candles and prayed at a near by church, Annemarie received a call from Crystal, who told her she was feeling much better after being hooked up to an IV drip and receiving  anti-nausea medicine. Crystal revealed she would be returning to the house later that night.

Once the RHOBH cast returned home they found Crystal resting in bed. Crystal explained that her doctor at home got involved while growing emotional over how “scary” the whole ordeal had been.

“My family history has a history of high blood pressure [and] hypertension and it’s something that I know that I’ve struggled with but I didn’t realize it could get to this point,” she said in a confessional interview. “It was so scary, and although my dad had always told me the signs to watch out for a stroke, some people can’t come back.”

“I’ve never been faced with my mortality,” she added. “I really appreciate Annemarie being there for me and putting aside all our differences in a moment that was truly what felt like the bottom for me.”

At dinner, Erika Jayne gave Annemarie props for “letting your profession ride over your personal s—, and it was really nice to see.”

“Always,” Annemarie replied. “I’ll always do that.”

Crystal agreed so much so that she told Garcelle Beauvais that she planned to bury the hatchet with the RHOBH newbie.

“Annemarie was amazing today, I really saw a really kind and generous side and it really makes me want to move forward in our friendship and start fresh,” she told cameras.
