On the season 11 premiere of Vanderpump Rules, Lala Kent shocked the Bravoverse by changing her tune on Raquel Leviss and reaching out to her to make amends.

Bravo’s favorite hot messes were back on Tuesday for an all-new season of Vanderpump Rules. While the season 11 premiere episode was full of shade, drama, and unexpected moments, no moment was more unexpected than Lala Kent sending an apologetic message to former co-star Raquel Leviss.

On Tuesday’s premiere, Lala sent a forgiving voice memo to Raquel via Instagram DM.

“Hey Raquel, um, I’m sure I’m like the last person you expected to hear from, um, I hope that you’re doing OK,” Lala said into her phon.

“Um, I don’t know if you’re back in LA or not, but I’d like to have a conversation with you at some point if you’re open to that, um, alright hope to talk to you soon,” she concluded.

Minutes after Lala sent the message she noticed that Raquel had “seen” the message.

“Oh my God, she saw it. I feel like I’m gonna throw up and s–t my pants at the same time,” Lala said.

It’s unknown if Raquel listened to Lala’s message but Lala has recently revealed that the former SURver never responded.

Lala’s thoughts on Raquel changed after she had time to cool off following Scandoval. The 33-year-old was particularly harsh to Raquel at the Vanderpump Rules season 10 reunion. For months, Lala defended being “mean” to Raquel at the reunion, but she changed her feelings on the situation after comparing it a similar thing she experienced in her own life.

The Give Them Lala podcast host sent the voice note to Raquel after having a chat with Vanderpump Rules matriarch Lisa Vanderpump during a party at TomTom.

“I’m feeling a lot of different ways about this Raquel situation after like taking a step back,” Lala told LVP.

According to Lala when she heard Raquel say that Tom Sandoval was her “one person” and that if she told the full story of their affair she would be cut off by him and “really have nobody.”

After telling LVP about that moment, a tearful Lala explained,  “What I can relate to is feeling isolated and feeling like the person who has made you feel like they’re the only one, and if you go against them, you have nothing.”

The Utah native was referring to her split from ex Randall Emmett, with whom she shares daughter Ocean, 3. Lala split with the movie producer after he allegedly cheated on her. Following their split several allegations against Randall came to light.

“I know what it’s like to have a man in front of you painting a beautiful picture saying, ‘You’re the one for me, you’re my soulmate,’ and you see what your future could be with this person, and you’re willing to f–king risking it all so much so that I ignored everyone around me telling me, ‘Girl, you’re the other woman,’” Lala added in her confessional interview.

In 2015, when Lala was a new member of the Vanderpump Rules cast, she began dating Randall while he was still married to his ex-wife Ambyr Childers. Lala denied that she was having an affair with Randall and insisted that he and his wife were separated.

“The hardest part about that is that like all the names I was called –– me being labeled a homewrecking whore, like if you just lay it out there, they’re all true,” Lala continued in her confessional while wiping away tears.

As Lala began to cry in front of LVP while showing empathy for Raquel the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star suggested that perhaps the 29-year old could “someone to talk to.”

“What Raquel did, what she said, how she went about things was so f–king stupid, but as someone who knows what it’s like to walk through life and see comments about being a mistress, I don’t want her to wear that forever,” Lala explained in her confessional.

However, the mom of one knew that her reaching out to Raquel would not sit well with Vanderpump Rules co-star Ariana Madix. Lala explains that she recently told Ariana that she reached out to one of the women her ex had an affair with, the new shocked and confused Ariana.

“It is kind of wild if you think about it, because for maybe a year, year-and-a-half, if anybody interacted with Lala’s ex, she was ready to like murder him and cut his balls off, ‘f–k you,’” Ariana said in her confessional.

The Something About Her co-owner argued that Raquel “knew better” to hookup with Sandoval. However, Lala doubled down insisting that she “know[s] this feeling” of Raquel being iced out by everyone.

“For me, I worry that there are certain people in this world that look at those types of conversations as like a foot in the door, and there’s no foot to be had,” Ariana told Lala.

Lala assured Ariana that she was still in her “corner” and that she didn’t want to do anything to make her “upset.”

That seemed to be enough for Ariana as the two ended the scene with a hug.

Vanderpump Rules airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
