Kroy Biermann Wants a Half of Kim Zolciak’s Profits From Selling Designer Goods

Kroy Biermann demands half of everything his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak, makes from selling their family’s designer goods on social media.

Per Page Six, Kroy Biermann wants half of what his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak, is making by hawking their gently used designer goods all across social media.

In court documents obtained by the gossip outlet, the former NFL star claims that the Real Housewives of Atlanta OG “has and is in the process of selling some of the personal property” she acquired during their 11-year marriage.

The items Kim Zolciak is offloading include “an expansive collection of designer purses, shoes, and clothing, most of which has never been used and/or worn.”

Kroy Biermann claims the items are “worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.” He added that “it is unknown what [Zolciak] has done with the funds she received from the sale of the items.”

“However, what is known is that none of the funds have been utilized to support the marital estate,” the 38-year-old continued before noting that he “is seeking an equitable division of marital assets,” which includes “the personal property acquired during the marriage but [is] currently in the sole possession of [Zolciak].”

The former RHOA couple’s marital assets include their Milton, Georgia mansion, which “is weighed down by significant debt.”

The father of six noted that the IRS has a $1.1 million dollar lien on their marital home, which is currently on the market for $5,500,000 after having “been set for foreclosure twice.” The two have until January 11, 2024, to sell their home before Truist Bank moves forward with the foreclosure proceedings.

“In addition, lawsuits have [been] filed against the parties by BMW, Chase Bank, Simmons Bank, and Saks/Capital One,” Kroy Biermann said, calling his and Kim’s financial situation as “dire.”

Kroy also asked that “all marital property subject to equitable division be identified and then preserved” by the court.

On top of that, the former Atlanta Falcons linebacker shed light on his and Kim’s finances and how they managed their money during their 11-year marriage.

According to Kroy, the money he made from the NFL, the money Kim made from Real Housewives, and what they both made from Bravo’s Don’t Be Tardy “were placed in various joint bank accounts.”

Both Kim and Kroy “had full access to all the joint accounts,” and “purchases made by the parties, separately or jointly, were funded by assets in the joint accounts.” He also noted that “neither party maintained a separate account until the divorce filing.”

Kroy made $14 million during his time with the Falcons from 2008 to 2015. Meanwhile, Kim earned $3 million from her time on the Real Housewives of Atlanta.

As for their paychecks from Don’t Be Tardy, Kroy said he earned $20,000 per episode, while Kim raked in $80,000 an episode. The Bravo show ran from 2012 to 2020.

In recent months, Kroy has accused Kim of financially devastating their family thanks to gambling addiction.

Kim and Kroy wed in 2011. They share Kroy “KJ” Jr., 12, and Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 10 together. The former NFL star is also the adoptive father of Kim Zolciak’s daughters from previous relationships, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 22.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta is expected to return for season 16 in 2024.
