Raquel Leviss hopes to be “a better friend” in 2024 after betraying her friends and “making bad decisions” with Tom Sandoval affair.
Former Vanderpump Rules star Raquel Leviss aka Rachel Leviss is hoping to have an “epic” 2024 and is hoping to do so by putting her intentions out into the world – on display for everyone to discuss.
On New Year’s Eve, Raquel Leviss took to Instagram and opened up about her difficult year. While the 29-year-old admits 2023 was the “hardest year” of her life, she admits she’s thankful for Scandoval because it allowed her to get the help she desperately needed.
The former SURver also admits that she hopes to be “a better friend in 2024” after spending most of 2023 lying to some of her closest friends and stabbing them in the back.
In her Instagram post, Racquel Leviss went on to detail all her hopes and wishes for 2024.
The 29-year-old shared:
“2023 hands down has been the hardest year yet. My life had become completely unmanageable and I was so far down the rabbit hole of making bad decisions that I NEEDED help. I’m so blessed I was able to get the help I needed. Now, I finally feel like I’m seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. As we set intentions into the new year, I vow to be a better friend to the ones close in my life. To those that have stood by me through my darkest days, I will always remember and cherish you. Eternally grateful for a second chance. Here’s to an epic 2024! ?”
Vanderpump Rules fans bombarded Raquel Leviss’ Instagram post with words of affirmation and encouragement.
“Onward and upward baby!! ???? I’m so proud of you. Happy New Year!” wrote one fan.
“Each of us is more than the worst thing we’ve ever done. Proud of your growth! ?,” added another.
“We all need to be rolling into 2024 with this kinda smile and light,” commented a third fan.
“Good for you Rachel. You have been through so much. Don’t worry about the haters!! They’re just jealous. I wish you all the best for 2024 ????,” said another.
Raquel Leviss world imploded in March 2023 when her eight month long affair with Vanderpump Rules co-star Tom Sandoval became public knowledge.
Sandoval’s longtime girlfriend, Ariana Madix, uncovered his affair with Raquel Leviss while going through his phone. After Raquel’s affair with Sandoval became the talk of the Bravoverse, she faced tons of backlash from fans and her Vanderpump Rules co-stars.
In April 2023, Raquel Leviss entered a mental health facility amid all of the backlash from Scandoval. She also went back to using her birth name Rachel and left Vanderpump Rules in the Summer of 2023.
The 29-year-old no longer speaks to anyone in the Vanderpump Rules cast and currently hosts her own podcast, Rachel Goes Rogue.
